And this is different to real life, how? We're all human, and I just got carried away! I'll pull it off, and stick twin 700-holleys on it instead then! I might throw a lap with the blower on it, then change it, see the difference, the time with the blower will be labeled as such, and not an official entry (thing of it as a wildcard entry)

Nice S4, Holden! Out of curiousity, why did you get the sport clutch? I think that handling and power modifications are going to be the most important in this series.

I'm going to say that you can switch back. After all, it should make the car slower.
sports clutch will make the gears change quicker ;)

want to get that sorted before the power gets upped :)

Thanks gooster for entering a supercar. I drive fast cars a lot better. I will have my info up within the next couple of hours with times and screenshots. The only thing...I was going to use the Pagani Zonda 7.3. For the sake of diversity, I will find another car.

I want to enter a real super car, but any real super car will dominate that NSX... :-\

Don't bother with that, that's my prupose,to bring weaker car and 2 see how are my times.I'm looking forward to the challenge.
Bring some bad ass car!👍 :)

the Zonda's not that quick yet, it's not good on twisty tracks, IT DOESNT STOP OR TURN!

It does......honest

Its just a lot like the Ford GT, its very, very quick, so much so that often you don't realise how fast you are going into a corner. Check your cornering speeds and brake earlier, that should help on both counts and fingers crossed should give a decent lap time.

Remember one of the most important things about supercars, they accelerate a lot quicker than most cars, they have a greater top speed than most cars, but they do not stop a lot quicker than most cars. Its all back to that tyres stop the car thing again.

I'm starting to figure that one out

and I found out the tyres thing by myself when I put wider (and softer) tyres on my car the Pirellis <sp?? are a lot stoppier than the bridgestone stockies.

Damn I want that turbo motor for my car! $2500 built, and installed. But I'm going to keep the rear wheel drum brakes. And no need to upgrade the driveline

So so true, how many times have we seen comments about the Zonda being poor at braking....Its a great car - that needs treating with the same respect it would demand in real life, has no major issues for me.

One interesting thing I have noted driving my three trackday machines is how much stronger the brakes seem in the Clio compared to the Alfa and the 5. Seems gt4 represents modern and not so modern brakes quite well too!

Whell,i chased that Zonda with NSX,but i can't do better than 1'23.237(i'm pissed of already :D),but i think that`s fair good time for NSX Type S

That is true. I had terrible time getting the Viper and the GT stopped. It also doesnt help to be running 150-160 MPH on S1s.

Whell,i chased that Zonda with NSX,but i can't do better than 1'23.237(i'm pissed of already :D),but i think that`s fair good time for NSX Type S

Now try and catch the GT

Whell,i like that you used the same car,i can't take your mazda time yet, beacuse you used turbo stage 2,and i used weight reduction 1(for fun :D),so we well be competing when we equalize the HP.
I think that i will challenge Dave George on That Renault 5 with RX7,and Boogieman will see my skyline,so i'm working on new lap times.

How can a 283bhp car run in the 0-200bhp class? Is that decided based on what power the car runs when standard??

Would like to see more "cheap" cars running in this in keeping with the theme, too many Zonda's and Ford GT's will create too much focus on who can get the fastest overall lap time, there is some immense fun to be had back down the range - for example the Renault 5 is great fun and satisfying to tame!

It has around 160hp stock,so that's 0-200 class, whell you can see that i'm using cheaper cars, skyline type S,RX7(FC) and NSX(in the class of supercars) so i'm pretty much fair!

Yes. It is judged on the standard HP. Budget cars get to start with Stage 1 NA or Turbo, and my first upgrade was to go to a Stage 2 turbo.

don't stress out dave, your right, and I think that l2ev simply put the wrong class in. I agree with you about the supercars, but, there is a millionaires division, and all those cars ARE stupid fast, and just as fun to tame.

I just took a112 abarth's NSX for a run, and, well, sorry a112

I will pay for the damage, honest!

Just let me get my check book from the car...

*vroom vroom, screeeeeeeeeeeeeeech, vroooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

Your fairness not in question mate:tup:

If anything I just feel that the class system has the potential to be slightly confusing, think how much your RX7 will have when its tuned a bit more!

cheers

If you guys think I'm cheating with the Zonda, then I will use something else

my personal opinion but i think the vipers should be moved to millionaires as they are on those cars level of performance :sly: what do you guys think?

Whell,i'm less oriented to power mods,i would like suspension and weight reduction mods better than turbo kit, that's my opinion!

i think that the viper is up there with the supercars, but I think that this is a question for ed (if he's ever on)
