Why do we have large groups of users from all over the world except Asia?! It would be nice to here what the hype for the game is over there. Do they clamor for info like we do?

Since its a cryptic news item everything in topic is just guessing and nothing official. So don't think its would be in violation.
They might not be able to do anything legal, but they may reconsider supplying him with info in the future. The message was cryptic, but most of its contents were crystal-clear. I hope he doesn't get into trouble for this. (Or perhaps Sony/PD know all about this and they're all laughing their asses off :P)

I think the track editor will not allow us to make new tracks/cut paste corners per say, but allow us to manipulate existing tracks in the way of bending/stretching add/take away gradience on any section we choose, this way tracks visually will retain there off track details instead of the blandness of a full track editor.

89 Tracks
600+ cars with the GT5P current level of detail??

man...i´ll spend three months just "visiting" the dealerships one by one... :P

Car porn at it's finest :)

It's the clubs side I'm most interested in,hope we can set up league's and tournaments and have it save ingame, also a replay editor would be ace, with the ability to then send it to the other drivers who took part in the race.

I don't post many messages but I've been visiting this site for years now. Before this cryptic message it seemed like nothing good was happening with gt5! If all of this holds up then I'll be one happy campter come e3.

Thanks for not making me wait until June 2nd amar! 👍

FYI GT4 had 53 'Tracks' at a total of 34 original locales, to better reference the '96 track count'

John Koller said that this E3 will be the most important E3 for Sony since 11 years
I did my best to anglify the Google translation, so keep in mind this is my impression.

J. Koller confirms massive E3 presence

Sony is planning in the course of this year's E3, from June 2 to 4 in Los Angeles, a "major attack" on the market and there will be a larger exhibition than ever before.

John Koller, the hardware marketing boss of the company, says that this E3 is the most important for SONY in the last 11 years. According to his remarks, there will be a great Playstation 3 line-up of the current and coming year, and will feature a number of major blockbusters. There will also be several new PSP titles, but Koller gave no details of the Sony press conference. We're hopeful for some eye opening news in six weeks.

The sense that Sony has a massive presence at this year's E3 is bolstered by preliminary reports, revealing that Sony has three conference rooms and three exhibition spaces reserved for itself.

Hahaha I love the picture.

But holy crap, that's a significant number. I knew there were a good amount of tracks in GT4, but I had no idea it was that small in comparison of what is deemed that we will receive.

If any of this is an indication of what is to come that hasn't been encrypted or announced, dare I say games like Forza are in trouble?

ooop....I said it :D

I get the big picture......
Vidimo se, Amare i daj nam nešto o tome u novom GP-u, može?
Translation:See you Amar and give us something about that in new GP, okay?

Here's another bit of interview with John Koller coming from PSU.com

(this time not in quotes)

Koller: "It's going to be a big E3"
Posted April 17th, 2009 at 10:03 by Mike Harradence

Sony’s John Koller is at it again. Not content with extolling the company’s first party offerings, hinting at Facebook PS3 integration or stating that console exclusivity is as dead as the dodo, SCEA's ubiquitous hardware boss is now claiming that this year’s E3 convention will be one of the most significant for the firm in 11 years.

“It’s going to be a big E3,” Koller told VG247.com.

“We’ve just started planning what the announcements will be, but I’ve been here for 11 years: this will be one of the larger E3s in terms of software and just discussions about where we’re going from a brand perspective and where each of the platforms is headed.”

The executive further hinted that gamers can expect a heap of software revelations at this year’s show, adding, “I think some of the big announcements are going to come of the software side. We talked a bit at Destination PlayStation, and came out with about half of the PSP line-up, maybe even less, and the balance we’re going to be talking about in the months leading up to E3 and at E3.”

PS3 won’t be left in the dark either: “The same goes for PS3,” said Koller. “There’s a really strong line-up of games that’s going to help drive a lot of business.”

i just wanna say.. WOOOOOW :D

in fact i have another thing to say... this will be a mark in the game industries! hystorical event... gorgeous!!!!!

This was posted over at neogaf and is nothing official but gives the impression of how big this list could be with 96 tracks.

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=15502356&postcount=262

Reading it in list form is quite scary.and I still can't believe it could potentially have all these tracks.

Fifth wind says that reunion will happen in two forms, one greater than other and birdtamers will have freedom to decide which reunion they will attend. Greater reunion will ask for great sacrifice to be made in order to get all present and future treasures without new sacrifices needed, while smaller reunion will come in form already known, asking for more sacrifices if future treasures catches the eyes of the birdtamers.

Could it be a regular GT5 for $60.00 or a Collectors Edition for more money but you get all future DLC for free?

It looks as if that's GT4's track list, plus the tracks listed on the Weather Map.

Hoo noes?💡

I think he was trying to work out from past PD games were they could pull out all these tracks from, and that list is still 25 short. But seeing them written down like that made me think WOW that's lot of tracks.

If the number is real I can already imagine myself with a huge smile just scrolling through them all

They don't mention Monza or Imola!:nervous:

Yes they do. Its in the 5th country from the top.

That list doesnt include the reverse tracks and i believe that 96 tracks means reverse one included too. And all or almost all GT fictional tracks have a reverse version.
