Okay first off, i think we need a general discussion forum for gt5 because this makes absolutly no sence being in this forum but it fit the best lol. Okay so today i sat down to play some gt5. I get on and this person starts sending me messages asking if i want to give him a free car. I normally would've done it but i reached my trade max so i couldnt, so me being a nice guy said "no im sorry i cant do that but ill keep you in mind when im done with trading this week". He replys once again begging me to send him a car because apparently all of his cars are slow. I go and check his level in A and B spec. Level 28 in A-spec and 15 In B-Spec so he should have full access to the ocd,ucd,and ncd. So i reply back and say that they have faster cars in the dealerships if he needs a faster car or to look in my shared space on my profile. He then reads my profile and sees what im trading and offers me an '09 v-spec gtr for it! Now i dont know what you think but that car is FAR from slow. I sent him a message back saying that im not looking to trade with someone that doesnt appreciate the capabilities of cars, then blocked him. Im tired of these people just assuming because im 40 A-spec and B-Spec that that means im a free car dealer. Sorry if this offends anyone or anything but i just needed to vent and see if anyone else is tired of it.

You'll get people who do that. People have done it to me before. Just ignore them.

If the guy was bugging you, why did you add him as a friend (you said you checked his levels, you can only see your friends levels)?? If someone's getting on my nerves, or asking for something ridiculous, I'm not going to add them.

ALSO, if you're advertising that you're a trader, expect people to think, YOUR A TRADER! They'll want things that you should be able to deliver! You have no one to blame but yourself.

He said he saw my thing on gtp and wanted to trade. He asked me all this after i added him. I advertised myself AS A TRADER, NOT SOMEONE WHO GIVES FREE CARS AWAY.

Actually, you can see the level of a player that is not a PSN friend. Just click any name in the online lobbies.
