Track - Sakitto GP
Race Length - TBD Laps
Weather Report - 10:00am - Clear Skies

Race 2
Track - Road America
Race Length - TBD Laps
Weather Report - 2:00pm - Clear Skies​

As we only have 15 active drivers this season, we will not need KOQ.

Below are the current Active Drivers with provisional entries into the Main Event. The below listed drivers (not listed in BOLD below) need to confirm their intent to race this week by replying in this topic (no later than 8:00pm eastern on Monday 8/10/15) with a simple post that they plan to race this week (Example - I plan to race this week). I will update the list accordingly.

If there are less than 16 drivers confirmed, we will not need KOQ this week and will open the Lobby to all drivers @ 8:30pm Eastern. If there are more than 16 confirmed drivers that week, we will implement the original KOQ process and only the top 10 Confirmed drivers will be locked in and all other drivers will need to go through KOQ as usual.

Each driver will be allowed to cast 1 vote per number of races participated in previous season.
(If you raced in all 8 races, you get 8 votes. If you raced in 1 race, you get 1 vote)
Car and Tracks earning the most votes by 11:00pm Eastern Tuesday 8/11/15 will be chosen for Season 2.

So, what does the future of this series look like on PCars? I'd like to join when I get settled into Pcars and use to it on DS4 while my T300 processes and so on.

But a couple of questions.
Will there be multiple series, how on GT6 you have all the different series. I've never really been a GT3 guy so, jw.

Will you ever race Spec open wheel, or Caper Monterey Stock Cars, or road going?

How will I be placed in tiers? If there are any?

How do I sign up and get an assesment assuming you do that on PCars, or will that come later after more have transitioned.

  • Right now there are only 2 SNAIL series on pCARS. This and Saturday nights. WRRC will run a different car each season (each season is 4 weeks long)
  • We plan to run GT and Open Wheel cars only. Currently no plans for road cars or Caper Monterey.
  • This series only has the one lobby each week with no plans of expanding WRRC into multiple lobbies/divisions/tiers
  • No need for an assessment. if this series sounds interesting, you only need to sign up using the application process in the OP. Please note that tomorrow is the last week of season 1.

Will there be more given time? This sounds great, I'll run in it to keep skill up. However, I'm looking for something similar to this, just with different cars possibly, I'm sure given time it will happen.

Can you tell me about the PSEC or do I have to go over there for information?

Does SNAIL intend to keep branching off in PCars? (Same as first question sort of, but you know)

But thank you. After I get it, should arrive tomorrow. What does S2 look like? The same cars, or different? Because only then will I be able to sign up, Unless it comes early enough tomorrow I can test out the cars and see which I prefer. I don't want to come in never having played it and make a fool out of myself...lol But thank you, it certainly did.

@Zii1993 can answer your questions about PSEC however it would be best to go to that topic for that series just to not cause confusion
As for snail branching off to pCARS, this may be the only 2 series. I dont see SNAIL Sunday night moving to pcars and will make the jump to the PS4 once GT7 comes out.
The car for season 2 will be finalized tomorrow night and will be either the Clio Cup or Gianetta Junior

PSEC is a 90 min race with two classes. We run a 5 week season. As of now an open wheel season is a future possibility. For more info and sign ups head here. Hope to see you on track

Man, with my wife and kids arrival from vacation last friday, all the tenderly updating and stuff, i had zero time yet to work on my RUF and to get to know Road America better. Even Sakitto is not exactly Suzuka. Yep, I'm gonna be slow tonight. Oh well, with such a crowd even slow is fun :lol:
