I've tried the 2J but the limiting factor, if I remember correctly, is not the lack of NOS (plenty of no NOS speeds on the leaderboard, including the 2D as noted above) but the lack of downforce adjustability.
 
Bahh.., I misread your post GT_King, sorry about that.

Alongside the lack of downforce on the 2J, its body is not the most aerodynamic in the world.

i was trying the chapparal 2J and its impossible because you cant equip it with nitrous but i got it to around 450 km/h.

It certainly impossible so far, but that's not because it can't take nitrous - several non-nitrous cars are on the Leaderboard, from personal experience my Audi R8 will pass 300mph without any changes to the 353mph setup - simply don't press the big red button :p

As 2078TM says, it's more down to the 'fascist non-adjustable downforce' (I'd hate to have to ask for that direct quote again but I can't find it :lol:). The drag coefficient is probably not that bad, we have GT-R34s over 300mph, remember :sly:

GT1 i did it i dont know how, gear ratios i cant figure out how i did the gear ratios i dont care anymore though at least it counts for somthing.

I recorded this time in April but if you want more proof i can take a picture of the replay. I'm happy that i found a place for me to talk gt4 heres the picture. I did use nos.

Not that picture. By Session Start screen I mean the main menu where it gives you choices at the bottom to what you want to do, such as

-A-spec Mode
-B-spec Mode
-Settings
-Exit
-Replay

And such. It will tell you "Current Record."

For an example, simply click on the link in my signature.
 
I.E. The screen that appears straight after you complete a maximum speed run.👍

I reached 305 with my cerbera speed 12. I don't have a photo right now(it isn't needed anyway).

Yea i noticed, how though is the question and plus i have noticed that the Bentley has a 6th gear what race do i have to win to get that and also the Sauber Mercadies you know the one with the one green tail light cover.

my current project is now @ 299,78mph..........hopefully in the next days over 300mph :ouch:

I'm working on a project of my own but I'm starting to lose faith in it - I've been stuck at 297.75 for awhile now and nothing seems to make much difference. I guess there's a reason it is not on the leaderboard. :lol:
