You know, I once got a Nissan R92CP (black) to 315.89mph.But, that's nothing compared to 320 with my GT-one.But then, I still had my 310mph XJR9.

So . . . With out flipping through the past 59 pages in this thread. . . What is the top speed that anyone has managed in a Street tuned Skyline?

I checked the leader board and there were no Skylines mentioned. So it appears that no one has managed the 300 barrier. Personaly, the best I have managed was 270mph.

I figured that with all the speed freeks hanging here on this thread, there has to be someone that has gone beyond that.

So . . . Anyone?

How did you get XJR9 to that speed? It can´t have N2O, so I think that speed would make it the fastest car that can not use N20.

As far as I know the GT-ONE is perfectly symmetric. :odd: Maybe I'm just blind then :p

look at the mirrors. it's a small thing but it hurts my eyes. and i know BoV.. :yuck: only some Arado's are as ugly as that.

I attempted it once and I couldn't get it past 275 and others have also noted that it's brick-like aerodynamics won't let it, so so far, no.

Despite being Skyline freaks, none of my team, or myself, have managed to get a Skyline up to 300mph yet. But some of us are pretty close, and getting closer. I'll let you know on that one when it develops.

Another speed from opendriver... You're getting good ;) well done 👍

It's a little bit annoying, because for months I'd had the one and only 787B record, and it's the slowest speed ever recorded in excess of 300, yet still the fastest I've done with that car :p not to worry, I've still retained my 'record' of slowest time on the 'board :lol:

I would try to overtake you and get back the 787B record, and I probably could if I tried hard enough and wasted enough fuel :p but if I did, I would lose my spot at the bottom of the leaderboard, which I'm ashamedly proud of :)

I forgot to mention that I did it with the black one. I only had 903hp with 50hp of nos so if anyone wants to buy the new one and try I would like to see what happens

sorry. I did this yesterday and didn't know anyone went after it recently. Nothing personal. I just didn't know.

I find it a little harder to get "up to speed" in a 5 speed compared to a 6 speed or maybe a 7 speed

And DE, i MIGHT try to get the skyline gt lm racecar to 300, so far:
267mph
1047hp with 50hp of nos
post results inbout 5 days( going traveling)
 
I'd be more impressed if someone manged to get a tuned street legal (or non-race car) Skyline up into the 300's. I'm only 30 away from it in my '99 GTR V-SPEC. And I don't feel that the car has reached its limit yet.

And I can get close with a used one w/ 20,000 miles on it, I'm sure that a new one will be able to push over the 300 barrier. (*crossing fingers)

I got to 281mph in my VSpec II Nur.

I also just got to 377.35mph in my GT-one.
 
Still at 333.57 MPH on my Black GT-ONE.
I know it's capable of going faster, but I don't have the patience anymore to bother trying to beat other peoples speeds :)

Take care y'all, won't be seeing me any time soon unless I accidentally break one of your records. But I doubt that would happen since I'm giving up games for a while.

Might check back every once a week or something to see what's going on.

well.. try some american car. and get something soft you can kick, hit, throw, smash and mutilate without feeling guilt. ( like pillows, cushions, cardboardboxes, little brothers and sisters..) :lol: j/k
 
311.something just now in the standard toyota 88c-v pics forth coming.... though my o-so-shatty camera might not be up to it.... but I'll try


ok so the camera pic barely worked... didn't get final but got one over 300mph which is just about as good.... (big glare spot in the upper right third ruined the top speed read out)

i can pretty quickly just run it again if you want the whole she-bang and such, pretty sure it reads 308 or 309.....
