Thats the good thing thing about AR MAX. You can transfer games saves and give yourself the money to buy whatever you need. I have to main game saves I use. One is my stock gamesave with all of my regular racecars that are not for top speed. My other one is a complete game save with ALL 723 cars at 0 MILES. So I can get any "used" car with 0 miles on it. It was the best investment I ever made:tup:

Now Ill elaborate on this:

I beat sucahyo's fastest R92CP record with 349.73mph!!! :D



I also tried my best to remember the settings for 88C-V but only came up with this [cries]:



Im so happy :) Now Im doing a whole lot better. But Toronado took over the fastest road car speed by 0.07mph....:banghead: Now I cant repeat my run since I reset all my settings :guilty: Only came up to 328.85mph today in the 3000GT....

I'm not worried. My 325 was gear limited. It's got more easy speed in it, I'm sure.

You've got time though: I look on the leaderboard and I see an Ozmac challenge (VW Nardo). Ask DE: When I see an Ozmac challenge, I don't rest until I've conquered it. Then he comes back after a monthor so and raises it, and then the process starts all over again.

Not sure I approve of using AR MAX to zero your cars, it is cheating (hence 'cheat system'? :rolleyes: ) but so long as you go nowhere near the acceleration or horsepower cheats I'm not worried - zero miles, however you got it, isn't an advantage - it's just not a disadvantage, if you know what I mean :lol:

By my experience, they make a lot less difference than spring rate and ride height. I haven't actually charted the difference dampers make too closely, perhaps someone else has more information there?

But put your spring rates to minimum front and rear, if you're adjusting the suspension. 👍

Yeah, ride height makes a lot more difference than you'd think. But you're on the right lines there :) the only problem that can arise with the front as high as possible and the rear scraping the ground, is that it makes a wheelie more likely in powerful race cars. However, with Supras, Skylines, 3000GTs and similar road cars, it doesn't seem to be a risk.

Does your car have a wing? And what turbocharger are you using?

OK. If you buy the Original Turbo (Stage 5), you will definitely feel an improvement. The torque across the entire rev range will improve - it's definitely better than Stage 4.

And if you add a wing, you should get an improvement as well - play with the downforce until you hit the best formula for it 👍

i have got a top speed of 325.34, done in my black R92CP, but the only verification i can give you is my rankings page. does that count as verification?
 
damianb, the R92CP is an odd case in many ways, what setting are you referring to there?

Hi nic_brix, the rankings page is OK. Not preferable to the Session Record screen, but if that's all you can do that's fine :)

OK, I've watched it... The front is high, yes, but the 88C-V raises a lot before it comes close to leaving the ground. I can see it is pushing, but I don't think it leaves the ground.
