This guy reckons WRC Generations have some extremely good FFB going on with this wheel, Not happening in any other game or with other wheels. Anyone else played with WRC Generations?
If what he is saying is correct it could bode very well for future games.
you get what you pay for, " cheap build quality" had to repair connector fault at base , no help from TM support, I like the feel but that when it is working, couldn't get one complete lap in, I certainly regret not spending a bit more for a better wheel from a better manufacturerGreat price compared to what is available currently given that it includes pedals, just what the market needed.

1 week in my wheel would quite, lights out and into the wall mid game, happened frequently
At least you have a long term work around 👍🏻This is my fix. Vigorous driving and no problem now. The jumpers I used are the same type of male/female connectors
I just drilled holes in mineHas anyone found a up to date stand for this yet? My old ebay stand works fine with the wheel, but doesn't have the right holes for the pedals underneath. Is the Next Level Racing Stand Lite 2.0 my only option?
Has anyone tested what this enhancement is?Gran Turismo 7: Update 1.59 available

In a electronics supply store in Burlington On.Where did you find the jumpers?
Didn't know aluminium and leather are considered plastic now. Something tells me that the review in question would praise the exactly same wheel for having a high end composite structure or something like that if it had a Fanatec or Moza logo on it.Funny. Just saw another review which trashed that 32cm wheel because it's a 300 euro all-plastic one.
Why notCan anyone recommend a good rig/stand for the T598? Looking for something that is stable, doesn’t require drilling, and mitigates the height of the wheel base. I have a decent amount of space but may not stay at my current place long term so I am not ready to commit to the full aluminum profile rigs. Ideally would like to keep it under $500.

I have had a bit more of a little play around with mine too, I think my wheel base settings (apart from boost low) are the same as yours.I have fine tuned my Gran Turismo 7 settings for the wheel. I'll post them tonight.
Couldn't be bothered typing the settings so just made a quick video.
The power plug is common issue with the wheel, the female pins in the lead plug end spread apart as they are weak metal.
Looking at your last picture of the plug itself, it is exactly what everyone on the TM Discord is experiencing, you can clearly see they have spread apart. See where I have circled, this means they aren't making a tight contact on the wheelbase pin.

I just use a ferrule crimp that I have squared the end on... at the start of each session on the wheel, I just push it over the female pins to tighten them again, it takes two seconds to do, I've not had one disconnection fault at all since I have got the wheel.
I have used the ferrule crimp after seeing everyone else complain about their plugs failing as a precaution and I've not had it fail on me.

But my in game has been different:
Controller Sensitivity - 5
FFB Max Torque - 4-7
(I keep changing depending on car, if drifting then it goes on 10)
FFB Sensitivity - 1
Do you change any settings depending on the car?
Also, massive well done with sitting on another P1 🔥
People say that it doesn't make a difference and this in an age old argument, but it definitely feels different when I am drifting, I feel the difference in control, but in racing I strangely don't feel any difference at all when adjusting it.I thought that the controller sensitivity was for the controller not for the wheel.
Hi, could you post a link or an image of the exact crimping tool you use please
Na, I generally just drive road cars anyway so I keep the same settings.Do you change any settings depending on the car?

I'll give your new settings a try then as I am mostly in road cars when on the wheel too 😁Na, I generally just drive road cars anyway so I keep the same settings.
Thanks mate although the time is now P2 globally.
