I mean it's a Gr1 class car sooooo yes? (Though it being a racecar is different and aspects of what makes something a racecar in feel are subjective to everyone to be fair)
Though saying that - how this thing is RR when the non Gr1 variants are MR still baffle me to this day

Knocked out a quick gold before logging in to work this morning.
This felt significantly easier than most Gr.1 events do - I think it's a combination of RS tyres and the lack of a hybrid together with RRs generally being a nice drivetrain to drive on this game (see also: 911s being so much nicer than MR supercars).

Had great fun with this one this morning! Still got the world record which is nice! Catalunya has always suited my driving style but for those wanting controller laps and VR laps they are also available on the leaderboard (As well as in this video as well). VR really helped me with this one understand the car that little bit more!

Love this one.... An actual good VGT car! Never driven it before I don't think.
Took 5 or 6 laps to get going with it, but times started dropping rapidly once I got a rhythm.
And for the first time ever in my history, I am in the top 100 for both time trials at the same time!!!! (currently 76 in the other one) 😍🎉

Oooft sorry folks tough week for Dan has meant no lapping; I seriously thought about stopping for a few weeks; I’ve had a bad shoulder for six months that’s getting worse and I know doing these trials aggrevates it! But here we are again 😂😂

1:28.121 not bad for my first session. I have to be honest, I did not enjoy this one. When I first saw it, it looked fun but when I tried it, it was the exact opposite. The car has too much understeer which is surprising since it's a high downforce car on Racing Soft tires. It is very snappy out of the corners which I guess is mainly due to the RR drivetrain. Overall, not very fun but I will try to get at least sub 28 as I'm already really close on my first session so there's definitely 2 tenths or more worth of lap time, will do another session tomorrow.

Yup, me+fast cars+controller+AT = do not mix. I was experiencing understeer where I shouldn't. I'm done. Hope it holds.

Not usually a TT’er but my 0500 daily bugged out so I got stuck into some Catalunya,
As someone already said the time starts tumbling once you find your rhythm
But it feels like an open wheeler, was surprised at how good the car felt, I was expecting to have to hold on for dear life!
1.30.823 and silver so far, I’ll certainly go back to this one and study some of your videos etc

Not sure how this time will hold up but I did try pretty hard. Hopefully it's a good marker for my brother to chase because he's beaten me a few too many times lately. I do like the car because it's not a total disaster in the handling department and sounds really good.

My plan is to get within 0.5% of P1 at Catalunya by fortnight's end.
I'll have to put together the T598 pedals as I've been using some ******* T3PM ones that don't have precise throttle inputs.

I'm in the same boat like @CosmicMinster, that thing isn't easy to drive.
And maybe even worse, it feels very odd in VR. I have no feel for the width of the car. I can count the laps i haven't been on the gras with the left side wheels on one hand. And, probably caused by the glas roof, i struggle to see the shift lights. In other cars i have no problem to see them without looking straight at them. But here i have to look at the steering wheel, which isn't a good idea at 200+ kph.
I did about 130 Km and couldn't get used to it. I slowly made progress, but didn't had a single lap i'd call clean and fast. I hope i find some time at the weekend.
At the moment it is in gold, but i don't think this is safe. Optimal is a 1:28,9
