IDK, but I'm happy with my 459th ranking for now. Here's a good starter tune that got me 1:09.954

Stock, no upgrades

Aero: 15/35
Ballast: 22@-40
Power Limiter: 100%

Suspension:
ride height: -17/ -25
spring rate: 7.1/ 7.4
dampers (e): 6/7

Anti-roll Bars: 4/3
Camber: 1.7/1.8
Toe: -0.05/ -0.04

Drivetrain:
Torque Split: 50/50 (10/90 works better for the Drift Trial, might not be setting any records though)

set final gear: 4.600
set top speed: 112mph
1st: 3.252
2nd: 2.470
3rd: 1.950

Looked at my Rally cars earlier today and chose the Delta S4. It had a tune on it, I presume from a previous race here, although of course I fiddled with it a little.

Anyway am sitting on 1:08.850 which is now #349.

edit...1:08.592 #258.

Why do they not just make these TTs tuning prohibited? It seems like they've just given up... :indiff:
 
well lets hope no bogus times ruin this time trial , got a 1`06.928 in TT and 21482 in DT
it was better when two of each event were available as I`m waiting for the next round already
 
Got 4 quick runs in at lunch time in the RS200 at a 2:08.2xx using praianos tune. More time to gain for sure in the second sector and the left hand sweeper before the tunnel.
 
PD need to supply us with the car, that way the trials are always fair for every single person.
 
Just got a 1.08.527 not to bad but more time to find yet.

Now this gave me a laugh. 59 second lap with an automatic and traction control on 10. :lol:

They can't even hack a time and make it look legit. :rolleyes: Anything to get your name on the leaderboards I guess. Some people just crave attention, even if it makes them look like an ass in the process. :crazy:
 
:grumpy: I was about to enter the TT, and I see low life cheaters already there ... I'd be pissed if PD release another patch that kills realistic hybrid instead of making tighter checks and rules for TT.
 
Did you watch the replay? the car is just a ridiculous hack, very wide wheels and the acceleration looks neck-braking!

No, I haven't seen the replay, just seen the time on the leaderboard. I was thinking of giving this a try but since the hackers are going to be taking it over it seems, I'll just stick to the WRS TT. Good luck to everyone that gives it a legit try. :cheers:
 
I wouldn't be scared off by hackers, they can't change your time and unless you are a gun racer and expect to be on the 1st page, what does it really matter? And commiserations to Doodles who is one of the few amongst us who will likely be affected.

But after all, we mainly compare our times with those here and with those on our friends list, other competitors are really just background noise.

I wouldn't be scared off by hackers, they can't change your time and unless you are a gun racer and expect to be on the 1st page, what does it really matter? And commiserations to Doodles who is one of the few amongst us who will likely be affected.

But after all, we mainly compare our times with those here and with those on our friends list, other competitors are really just background noise.

X2... Well put as well... We all know who the legit racers are. My goal is to be within one second of doodles time.

Not quite there yet although started today at #600 and have shaved off 2 tenths to give me a 1:08.379........#438 in the Delta S4.

May try the RS200 later but it's the Lancia for the moment.
 
glad I did not waste much time on this TT , the worst bit about the cheaters is @ mygranturismo.net the % is not right and there fore ruins not just this weeks event but the whole ranking system

You do have a point but still, I don't feel like being pushed back so many spots on the leaderboard just because of however many cheaters there are. May still give it a go in a few days or so, but right now I'm in a interesting and heated battle in the WRS TT. (Ah yes, another shameless plug for the WRS. :sly:)

Try the RS200, down to a 1:07.816 #167 after 8 or so runs tonight.
 
I like dirt Drift Trials. Time to drive my favorite car for this events: Mitsibishi Starion Rally Car.
 
omg....one century behind the leader freds_523:)....i started with lancia but i did my best time with rs200 1.08.161...i see 2 delta in first 10 places Dalone....if i have time i ll try again with my delta

RS 200 is the car for me grip levels are better just need to play with the gears a bit more.:)
