Alfa Romeo messed the touring car scene up by having mad spoilers on their road cars hence everyone wanted that advantage

S4 cancelled.

So S1 - did half season
S2 - Full Season
S3 - Half Season
S4 - cancelled
S5 - coming up.

No point in that. We have got so well started, we can't let PD win this one.

Just do those tweaks to S4 rules and begin from a fresh start. Also S3 was definitely a complete season.

Things that made the 90's great...

RWD beasts battling feircely...

Lack of grip.

Two things that wont be included I bet.

I cant do any of those

Well, I had originally intended to do it on a Saturday but WSM is now getting in the way or that. I need a tester to help me out though, fancy it?

Sure. 👍

7 potential candidates for Season 5 of TOCA have been tested.

Also to follow up, FlyingFox has hit on a key point. And Carb, people quit Season 4, and there is Nationwide starting soon. And WSM. it's better we start again, but we can hit the ground running as a a lot of Season 4's momentum can be and will be carried over.

Why dont you use Touring cars rather than Road cars. Like the Honda CRZ. Its the perfect BTCC/WTCC car on GT5. Then you have the BMW 320i, and Mazda, Lexus, Toyota. Then some RM cars like the Honda Civic or Golf

I think this cars are really good but thats just my idea 👍

They were used in TOCA Season 1 and 2.

Sports Softs and a few RWD cars please.

Sports Hards and a few RWD cars please.

Fixed, and I don't suppose I can convince Furi to ban ABS or am I being to pushy?:sly:

Yeah but what was wrong with them?

Comfort Softs? :sly:

ABS off is a pain for DS3 users.

Yeah but what was wrong with them?

We needed a change. The old standards replaced by new premiums, which has enabled me to work up our own regs as well.

Honest question of help... If I have more than 5 cars, should I restrict it so each manufacturer has only 2 cars per race, so say for instance a "Volvo", "Mazda", "Ford" team etc?

But obviously this make allocating reserves a lot more complex...

Well there were far too many Ford's last season, so I say yes.

Right well I'll tell you that I have a list of cars that from SSRX tests look very close. Also the PEUGEOT 307 CC has failed testing and will not be on the grid for next season.

SSRX is an 18 mile oval, when I heard buy DLC I presumed Spa.:dopey:

Speed Test mode ;)

Spa WILL be in next season.

A few cars which could be good for the series if they can be equalized.

Thing is, qualifying would need to be changed because all the cars can't go out at the same time as they would be different power and weight each.

None of those are under consideration. I think I have a diverse grid as it is. :sly:

Just thought of something, tyre wear!!! :D

Make the FF's slightly faster then the FR's, and Sport Hard tyres to last quite a long time so the tyre wear should be pretty ok, and we have a much better race where we can actually feel the characteristics of the car, rather then Racing Tyres which is just full throttle or no throttle all the time.:yuck:

Tyres wear will be off for this season, and I have made the RWD's reasonably heavier. Also 8 cars from 8 makes have passed SSRX tests... so we could have a varied grid :D
