Just don't do what I did when I did my shoulder in. Not sure if you remember the time I screamed down the mic as my shoulder dislocated itself?

Last september. Had surgery in feb as I had torn a ligament allowing my shoulder to freely pop in and out of the joint.

When I did it though I went home rather than the hospital. Then went into a walk in center after the weekend (did it on the friday) then the gp on the wednesday then told to go to A and E.

Final test tonight @ 7, followed by a track day run around the WSC Mille Miglia around 8.30 as a wind down 👍
 
I'll be there for todays test but won't be there on Saturday, sorry.
 
I took my first steps today since Sunday, I might recover quicker than I thought.

Except it's not for the Championship, yet. I'm still hobbling and can't walk far or put that much weight on my foot but who knows. :lol:
 
What happened to Tom? :nervous:
 
I meant his foot...
 
But I will be doing 10 minute sections here and there.
