They have.

Stewards have decided most things, one needs to be made. Full results to come post-WSC.

Right. Firstly my viewpoint on DJ scenario.

DJ's problem is he is too rash and over aggressive, not patient enough. Race 1 lap 4, the tunnel wreck, he set that in motion by braking way too late into turn 1, nearly took you out actually Mikey. Then when you run wide he again by pushing too hard runs out wide, dirty tyres, wrong line = crash. Heat Race he also made a rash move into turn 1 (I think it was that turn).

Race 2, lap 2 final turn, he turns in and Carb is there. Well that happens. Carb quicker down straight but slow in Turn 1 and DJ fairly passes on outside. Makes a braking error for the hairpin and has inside, but on the left hander he does run Carb out to the wall and puts him it. Triggers a major stackup of cars. Carb passes him back on front straight. The Smuffy incident, again, DJ drives in too hard and spins, and is legitimately recovering when he hits Smuffy.

Race 3 - same story. Hits tunnel wall lap 5, pushing hard, then goes in WAY deep under braking, helped out by Neljack. Of course he goes into Carbonox. Carb just pile drivers him off. Not cool.

DJ needs to learn confidence and security in a pack of cars, thats his issue, he makes the "noob" mistake of simply pushing too hard. Scaniabebe did same last season and unfortunately had nothing to fall back on so was shown the door. Fitting with stewarding standards and racing standards I am going suspend DJ for the next race weekend, but NOT penalise him any points, he is already on -1. The reason is think he needs a time out and also that might help cool things as he won't be fresh in everyone's mind. DJ, practise and improve, keep your head down, and you might have a legitimate chance of finishing the season in a better shape than the start.

Carbonox. If you get a tap in the back bumper, its expected for that favour to be returned in touring cars, me and Akmuq in races 2 and 3 are examples. But turning into Rambo taking the law into your own hands and just driving someone off is NOT COOL. As a steward and one of the 5 most experienced guys here, I expect better. 5 Point Penalty / Formal Warning.

Stewards have also voted for the VW Golf to receive a 10hp boost to 325hp.

Standings to come tomorrow. Decisions are final.

I would like to start by saying thank you for the fair stewarding 👍

As for that fact that most of these things are kicked off by him pushing/trying too hard and making a mistake, agreed and I have spoken to him about that. But this does not give a following driver the right to push him out the way! He was trying even harder yesterday as he felt like he was public enemy number 1 and wanted to prove to you all that he is quick and clean.

As for idividual incidents the race 1 tunnel incident was kicked off by Dj braking too late into T1 but I also followed and went wide and as mentioned this does not give a following driver the right to push us out the way and in Dj's case out the race and also ruined DK's race at the same time.

Dj pushing Carbonox wide after the hairpin in race 2 was nothing and a common event throughout the field as I saw many drivers doing it and even had you (Furi) do the same to me at some point but I kept my place and speed so didn't think anythin of it.

I can agree with your thinking on not letting him race next week as hopefuly it will put him to the back of peoples minds but the fact that he had 2 DNF's due to people causing incidents is a very big hit to take!

My divebomb on Rolo on last lap of race 3 was much more subtle than DJ's idiotic shove (in Race 2), and yet I gave the position back (well, didn't really gain it in the first place, just let him go), but DJ had no decency to do so. I definitely won't miss him until he learns to yield after making a dirty pass.

I couldn't comment on any other incident but in the Dj incident's it wasn't Dj trying togain a place! At the hairpin it was you and Neljack trying to gain places and it was you on the outside and always going to be the driver to lose out. As I stated before it may have kicked off by Dj's mistake on the tunnel entrance but that does not give any following driver the right to barge past.

Also Furi, Golf +10hp?
I have to say there was nothing wrong with the top end vs my audi and you were able to slip stream me well and try to pass into the braking zone if feeling brave enough. So if Golf having +10 then the Audi would need the same treatment to keep up :indiff:

And to add (again) shoving through the left hander after the hairpin seemed to be common courtesy by all drivers.

Golf has been slowest in straight all season. Been torn apart. Stewards voted unanimously in favour.

OK fair enough just hoping it wont make it too much faster than my Audi as on the straight it seemed close.

Doesn't make it somehow tolerable. Besides, there's a difference between shoving a driver wide and shoving a driver into a freaking wall without even bothering to lift off.

Totally agreed but I'm sure all drivers sufferd from it at some point :( I certainly did.

Just a small nitpick, how does it say "toleritble" in your quote even though it says "tolerable" all normally in my original post?

Right everyone what's done is done, let's move on to Fuji Speedway

And we always have a quiet race at Fuji right?

"Lobby Rules & Settings" It seems theres plenty of room in Toca no.:sly:
