yeh i saw that the other day it was repeated over here on sky. great video i was surprised at the Peugeot race, thought the old 1.9 205 would win.

How much credit do you put into a drag race though? why not have them do 10 laps on a 3.5 mile course? That would be a much better test for comparison.

Yep... and thats not even a full 1/4. 10 laps i think 5 would be enough.

I've found that when I'm running hotlaps testing cars in GT3 that I usually do 5 laps and call it quits. Then try something different. If you can't get "good" in five laps then something is up with your driving style.

They shouldn't have even compared the Focus RS to the Cosworth Escort.... FF vs 4WD?

If you take away the amazing launch the cossie had, the focus was pretty much the same down the rest.

I would still love to get my hands on a cossie though... or a cossie focus
