I need a toxic or neon green Color for my Car.

I think one of the best neon green colours in the game is called fantasiagrun. It's found on the standard VW lupo. If you want it send a FR on PSN and I can send you 3 or 4 tonight. If you want to know what it looks like, google image "ken block drift car" and check out the wheels. It looks absolutely sick on a Transcammer with the wheels painted the same colour.
