Some reason for the low miles? Chassis restoration and engine rebuild puts it back to new condition.

^Not neccesarily. You see the reason why I want a low mileage one is for maximum HP. I have a 55,000 mile supra that I fully restored and fully upgraded and it only has 711 HP. But if you do the same with a lower mileage one it gets up to 725 HP.
