Tracks

What tracks do you wish made it into GT3 that where in GT1 and GT2. Mine:

1. Red Rock Valley Speedway
2. Tahati (Road)
3. High Speed Ring (Yeah it's in GT4)
4. Rome Night Course
5. Autumn Ring
6. Pike's Peak (Both downhill and up)

This has the aura of a repost, but I'll respond anyway.
1) Grindwald. I love that track.
2) Red Rock Vally. I made most of the money I spent in GT2 on this track, and I'm still not bored with it.
3) Pikes Peak. Maybe an extended version even. Does anyone know if the fraction that's in GT2 is accurate?
4) Rome night. I agree, it looked to be a fun track. I don't know why it was almost never used. (IIRC the only way you could get it in sim mode was if it came up randomly on the manufacturers championships)
5) Motor Sports Land. Whee! This the best track for equalizing power deficits.
6) The fragments of Grand Valley.

I also liked GT2's Seattle better, but that doesn't really count.
I don't really remember the Autumn Ring anymore. Maybe if I did it would make the list. How many tracks were dropped for GT3 anyway?

About 15+ tracks got dropped from GT2 and GT1. I completely forgot about Grindlewald. I loved that track it was just to long. I really miss the short tracks (Seattle and Rome) and Autmun Ring Mini.

i was thinking about this the other day actually

i miss pikes peak, its the only track where the escudo is of any use, and one of the few real rally tracks that doesn't loop. i doubt it's accurate, but it's probably close, and it's sure a fun climb

i also miss motorsports land, though i don't think it would work very well with the gt3 physics model. it's actually very hard to drive a real car well around a go kart track, i do it several times a year in my own car at hillclimbs

now you mention it, grindlewald was tops, it had a huge uphill and i always 0wned at the downhill. i could never figure out the last bit of red rock valley, but it's better than laguna seca

Sorry, buddy but some tracks won't be back next year. Which really sucks cause I have been waiting to go around Red Rock in a Viper GTS/R Concept or Rome Night in a F1 car.
