By your opinion, what is the best car fir the race 9 hours of Tsubaka circuit?
I've been told by alot of people alot of different things, please help soon.
Thank you

p.s.
sorry for poor english

If you just want to win, then an X2010/11
If you want to enjoy it, look at the oppo and pick one of their cars.
Your English is fine. :)

I used a Suzuki GSX R/4...A very fun drive too!

I usually check out the pp of the other cars and find something comparable. I'm looking at using my old evo tme. I like the track as well, no chance to relax, its all corners.

Anything that can do Tsukuba in about a minute would do.

You can take a car you like, try for about 15 minutes and if you don't like it quit.
That's what I was planning to do did the whole race at the first try.
Wanted to try a few minutes but it became 2,5 hours.
:sly:

Anything that can run about 1:10 a lap should be fine to make sure you win. The newest MX-5 in the Dealership should do it, you can make sure by adding a few parts or sport soft so you don't have to do the race twice.

EDIT: ignore me, I read 4 Hour, not 9 Hour. Good luck!

No way I could possibly drive for 9 hours on Tsubaka...what an insane race.

Like he said, I did use this car, tuned it and raced it. But now I just look at the opponants, and check out the PP and HP to dind something that is comperable. If you want to make sure, find something more powerfull than your most powerfull opponant.

I raced it over the evening with my iPod on my ears...not bad.

9 Hours or 4 Hours? That sounds closer to the times for the 4-hours to me.

You can make it competitive or you can drive a car that won't make you bored after 10 laps. Even if you make it competitive, once you get ahead, that's pretty much it.

If you don't mind I'll share cause I recently did it.

1 minute and 10 second laps are too slow.

The 9 hour Tsukuba race is against the tuner cars.

You need to run laps between 1 minute and 1 minute and 2 seconds to take the win (as Gejabo says above).

Depending upon the AI lineup, you will need to run about 520 laps, plus stop about 15 times for tires and fuel.

Yeah, I read it as 4 hour, edited my post. 4 hour is on my mind as I keep putting it off. 9 hours is something I don't even want to think about.

Exactly, whatever car you can do lap in under a minute (best case).

Be sure to outfit a complete selection of tires before starting, so that you can switch to R/S if you are behind, or a terrible tire to give yourself a challenge if you are killing them.

..... (Tsukuba) 9 hours is something I don't even want to think about.

Yeah its extremely tedious!

I just finished the race a couple of days ago, so its painfully fresh in my mind.

I ran my RE Amemiya FD3S RX-7 tuner and easily smashed the field by four laps.

I actually had great fun with the 4-hour. Tuned up the premium '89 a little bit so my times were very close to theirs on SH tires. I was faster but only by a tiny bit. Slowly worked my way to the front, and was never more than 5 or 6 seconds ahead for the longest time. Unfortunately I had two strange wheel malfunctions that cost me a minute or more so I put SS's on(turns out that's what they used, really tough to make it half-way on SH pre 2.02). Then I came roaring back but my tires got bad just before I caught first. I did get him but couldn't pull away, won by 5 seconds or so. Had a blast despite the glitch.

I've done Grand Valley, Miatas, Laguna and Nürb 4-hours now and have yet to win one by more than 10 seconds. Of course, I've lost them all at least once too(or in the case of the Miata race, quit about half-way). :)

tnx it helped alot!
____________

Thank you all. it did help and i think i will do it soon.
Maybe even make a race report.
I think ill use somthing kinda slow so it will be intresting

I still have to do this one. Its not the nine hours i am worried about its Tsubaka ! I take it the Redbull is out ?

I'd much rather spend 9 hours of racing online rather than doing any of the A-spec endurance races.

i dont have the DLC yet.
so thats a problem..

Hmm, is a standard car an option for you?

If so, try the Subaru Impreza Super Touring car.
If you don't have, but would like to try it, you can add me on PSN, and i'll share mine with you.

I used my tuned Premium R33 GT-R, lots of fun! And very competitive.

Thank you very much but i can get my own. im just in a middle of alot of trades so it will take alot of time to give it back to you. ill look for it on ucd though. thanks again!

i know only to tune for drag races so its not heplful but ill give it a try with a quicker race first
thanks!

I used the Premium car Mazda RX-7 Spirit R '02, with upgrades and tune per praiano63.

Tune is a little more than halfway down the page, see:

well i dont like RX-7 but i never used it, its kinda stupid but i race and play only with the cars i really like in the "real" life. like i got to ride in M3 by B.M.W so i collected all M3's and i race them and love them alot

I used a Tommy Kaira ZZ-II. Great handling car and insane acceleration. Top speed is low, but you don't need to go too fast on Tsukuba.

Really? Nobody else is going to comment on the use of "Tsubaka?"

This isn't even me correcting someone's typing/spelling error, it's me struggling to breathe due to how much I'm laughing at this particular error. I guess the appropriate reply would be: roflroflroflroflroflroflroflroflroflrofl!!!

Excellent choice! you don't need anything too powerful since it is a small course with a lot of turns. Maneuverability is key. I used a powered-down suzuki escudo and a stock (except for the tires) lexus IS F racing concept.

theres only two answers here-
1-Spoon S2000 Race Car
2-Lancer Evo X TC
