TT Mode

Is the Time Trial Mode hard? Ive completed GT1 and GT2 and Iam going to get GT3. I want to do the time trail mode so i can get the panoz for a first car. But i wanted to know how long it takes to complete it and how hard it is?

I did it in about 3 hours. But that was when i had already done 80% of the game, so i knew how the cars would react and i knew every corner of each track.
I think when you do the time trials first, it is much more difficult.

My suggestion would be to do the licenses first and maybe some Amateur League races. This way you'll get your basic experience.

I'd be inclined to agree - the TT's are pretty tough, even for an experienced GTer.

The TT's were amongst the last things I did and had some difficulty with them, particularly Complex String and the Tahiti Rally Stage.

Get your licenses first, and either get going in GT mode, or go as far as you can in Arcade.

If I were to redo GT3 from scratch I would start with the TTs, but I know I can do them without too much of a drama now.

Agreed - they aren't easy but they are do-able. It just takes time, bro.

Like many others, if I were to do it all again, I'd start with the Time Trials and move to getting licenses, then take the Panoz and win a rally or two to get really nice cars to rush through the rest of the Simulation mode.

I didn't like them at first. I have been on a hot streak tonight. I done 4 in about 30 minutes. Maybe I am better than I think 😈

Anywho, just keep trying at it. Use the ghost, it helps ALOT!! I like racing against myself, makes it very interesting.....

Don't give up. You are not the only one that can't get it right now.

Personally I think rushing through beginner with a Panoz will make things less interesting, shortening game life by quite a margin. Start with a normal car, maybe go for the B gold but don't do the TT, they are a massive pain in the arse

Maybe you can go back once you do 100% and see how fast you can complete the game. Like the least amount of races, least days, and best winning percentage.... Sounds like a challenge to me :burnout:

Thats what i did in GT2 i got a 100% win ratio but i havn't got all golds on any of my licences.
