Tune a car to 300 mph

Have a 1040 HP minolta, iv seen it got over 300 mph on youtube. How do i make my minolta go over 300 mph?

I think that was GT4 because of NOS. In GT5 the only car that can hit 300 is X1.

That's only tunnel drag speed bro....I've hit 282mph @ SSR7 & 284mph @ Le Sarthe 2009, both without draft with my speed tunes and I haven't developed them since everyone went drag crazy. I have a feeling the Veyron will tip 290mph easy but there's no straight long enough to test this theory out yet.
