I used my trusty old Mustang Transcammer for this event. (And FYI, it is a hell of a lot better than any japanese plastic rocket, in my oppinion. )
Easy 14.000 points on my 5th run, but I'll revisit the event to do a better score.

I'm gonna put up a list of cars that the game allows to be used, I'll post the cars when I can confirm it is allowed, or one of you can confirm it.

So far the AE86 Sushi Zingo or whaterver, Amuse 380RS, morrisson 'vette, GTG Transcammer, and Spoon CR-Z is confirmed.

Both Blitz ER34's and the HKS Silvia is confirmed not to work.

Re-Amemiya RX7 is allowed and so is the HighPerformance G37, Tom's Chaser, Nismo 270R, the Red Devil (Stielow Engineering), Pozzi' Camaro RS and the Opera 350

I really don't see the point that the Blitz R34 and the HKS Silvia doesn't qualify for the event. They are as much (or even more) tuned as the other cars which qualify for the event. And THAT has to be really annoying for the JDM fans.

Bad move by PD if you ask me.

The Car used was the RE Amemiya FD3S RX-7.

Thanks for posting this setup. Will give it a go later today. Ive been using my Toyota SPRINTER TRUENO, great drift car but very under powered.

No problem, please make sure to thank Shaun also. He made the suspension setup i used. But obviously the RX-7 had different values, so i had adjusted them.

Thanks a bunch for looking at them . It makes me feel accomplished. Not much work goes into them, but showcasing the events and showing the tunes made for them (with credits from tuners who actually made them) makes me just want to play the game more. It's the only thing i can do to keep me occupied. But i enjoy it too, so that's a plus

14k with a RE Amemiya FD3S RX-7. Awesome car, used a tune I created for limiting oversteer when you are on angled corners and keeps the tail from becoming light/loose like Eiger Nordwand and it worked pretty good!!

I played with drift setups on the Amemiya & Chaser but found them too volatile to get gold. Then on a whim, I bought non-adjustable rally suspension for my Chaser and golded it second lap out. I kinda suck at drifting in the GT6 points bias(it also seems too inconsistent), but am way better controlling oversteer on more neutral suspension setups. Is that weird?

I decided to use Jay Leno's Oldsmobile and got 16.971 after a few runs, all done with a DS3.

The car itself wasn't setup for drifting (still had the top speed gearing I set for it) but the power helped out with that. 👍

Quite difficult trial this one... so long and so many points.

I got 22.417 in the end, but I lost about 1000pts in sector 3. Could'nt get all sectors together. Still top 50 is decent enough. Too bad I was not best swede even tho I could have been if only I had nailed that 3'rd sector

Well forget it, I GIVE UP! The 🤬 paint chip ain't even worth it when it's THAT FREAKIN' HARD!!!
