Tuning options

So I'm about to clear C,B,A races to get my tuning options unlocked my question is do I have the same tuning options as in GT4 like transmissions,drive-shaft,lightweight kits rim shopping that computer chip that gives every car 15-20 HP ect.

No, you can tune the cars with numbers and sliders. GT5P has no part replacements. Thats why they call it Quick tune.
