Turning off Traction

How are the top guys turning off their traction control in normal 370z mode? I notice it says they have it off when I click on their names at the leaderboards. Mine is locked into 7. What gives? Thanks.

This is in numerous threads but here goes. If you are using a controller the untuned car is TCS 7. If you are using a wheel it states TCS 7 but drives as if its TCS 0.

The ones that say TCS 0 on the leaderboard are wheel users. Sometimes it correctly states TCS 0 other times it says TCS 7 incorrectly.
