Just a commercial. Cool tho, I seen it early this morning on GTP youtube channel. Once I see the TV spot I thought it was an interview. Hopes were up for split second, then down again.

Nice TV spot. I also have the same question: what track is this? We saw it also in Vision Gran Turismo's trailers at 2007. It looks like Trial Mountain.
I think it's in-game because tyres are burning at 0:07-0:08.
