I didn't get to see this game, but this was my impression as well, based on the game against England: one of the weakest teams in this tournament.

When they found out it was a 2pm kick-off the English and Welsh FA asked UEFA to move it to 5pm so more their people can watch it but they said no, don't think they were likely to do that but it was worth a go anyway, many people are going to miss it because of work or school, myself included

Romania 1-0 up with a Stancu penalty, you may remember he scored one in the first game against France so he is the top scorer right now, two goals which were both penalties...

It is and they will get fined, even Croatia will get fined for the one fan who joined in their goal celebration the other day. It's unacceptable really that in practically every game some fans or another have got flares into the ground, if they can smuggle them in then they can get anything in.

Let's hope not... but Russia were sanctioned because of a concerted attack inside a stadium - UEFA have no juristiction over what happens outwith the stadia... still, it's a pathetic state of affairs. England fans should be threatened with the prospect of forfeiting their place in the last 16 to Scotland - that would make them behave quicksmart.

BTW France - Albania is a cracker of a match, end to end stuff and 6 goals already... but enough about my Playstation and back to this rubbish on ITV...

I hate working in an inbound call centre sometimes, all I got was "we'll move your lunch to cover the second half" and yet I finish at 4 so will have to work 15 minutes after and do from 8-3 with no breaks.

Tough break - I'm lucky insomuch as I am still in a job where I can get away like this, but had the game been a few weeks later then I wouldn't have been able to see it live.

It was 20 years ago yesterday that Scotland played England in Euro '96. We watched the game at my friends' house as it was also his 22nd birthday bash. Funnily enough, we did pretty much the same thing last Saturday for his 42nd birthday insomuch as he invited us to his house in Edinburgh and we watched the England v Russia game. It's funny because we have both moved around a fair bit, but we now both live back in Scotland. Bizarrely, we ended up in the exact same supermarket as where we bought the beer for Euro '96 which is odd because he doesn't even live in the same part of town.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the England v Wales game with a bit of trepidation. We are watching the game in Tennent's (which is where Neil Lennon used to drink when he was managing Celtic) and it is not exactly England friendly. I'm pretty much neutral as I am not part of the 'anyone but England' crowd, but I do naturally favour the underdogs and that would have to be Wales in this case... although that is highly debatable!!
