They needed to fight in the second half and just didn't, it was shocking, I don't think the Iceland keeper had a decent save to make, at least not in the second half, Shambolic

Hodgson surely has to go now, either he resigns or gets sacked in the next week, they need new blood...

Delighted for Iceland as I always like to see the underdogs do well. Must be because Republic of Ireland are always the underdog.

However, it would be more interesting if England had of progressed but you cannot argue that the best team on the night won.

And there I was thinking last week, why are the pundits going ecstatic that we get to play Iceland over Portugal, we never do well against organised defences. Having said that, WELL DONE ICELAND!! Hope you lot can make it past France.

And Roy, do the decent thing and resign. Not that he deserves all the blame, the players heads just went... shocking performance.
