Not much time for the winner of the second semi final to prepare for the final, only two days...
 
Just turned it off, I was thinking 2 goals might be a stretch... 4 is nigh upon impossible. It was good while it lasted Iceland. :(
 
France did their homework. The entire class looks to be getting full marks.

Tough to see Iceland undermined so mercilessly. But it's not entirely unexpected at this level. :(

It was over at half time, but Iceland have nothing to be ashamed of, what they have done is remarkable and it will never be forgotten

France were superb, they had a game plan and scored some great goals, deserve to be in the last four.

I'm still upset over Italy. They picked Saturday to play their worst game of the tournament and Germany seemed determined to let them get away with it. Every Italian first-touch was terrible and they looked very tired.

France should have no problem with Germany if the play like that again.

Yes, but generally a team is only as good as the opposition allows it to be.
