The Zagato is pretty nice looking but the hood blows 👎

Gotta agree on the Riviera's boattail, it's like 'what if the C2 Corvette was availible in Wide-Body trim?'.

As for the Jeepney, ugh! More ugly cars coming soon as I could find 'em

That little Yugo-like econobox wouldn't be so bad if it had an eggcrate grille.

here. this has to be the ugliest car to ever step on mexican lands.

KILL THEIR DESIGNERS!!!!!!!!! uh... erm.... I mean.... let's make them all sit in the corner and think about what they've done.

Can't forget any of the chrysler 300 series from the 60s.

that megane is horrid. just disgusting. :yuck:

actually, I quite like the Lagonda.

i think the rivera isnt that bad. i like its rear better than the corvette's similar style.

I like the Megane. Yes, the ES300 is a really awkward looking design. The rear wheel is definately positioned too far forward.

The Megane is FUGLY. And so are the Espace and Scenic. But the ugliest car of all time Has to be the new 5-series and the new 7-series....Bangle should be shot.

I love Renaults latest designs. Besides, they really deserve credit for even attempting to move the design game forward. Who else will do it? Ford? Vauxhall?

Only Renault and BMW have been bothered to try new things, so good on them.

Ugly, you want to know what's ugly.

The re-designed Frontier and Pathfinder. There supposed to be '05 or '06 models, I believe.

All Nissan trucks and SUVs are ugly.

But these are hideous:

Don't forget the Pacer (we all try though)

Not just old cars are ugly, here's proof:

And lastly, a Fiat minivan

Citroen DS is the most beautiful saloon car ever!

I couldn't agree more. With the possible exception of the S-Class.

Personally, I think the following cars are all ugly.

All Ferraris except the 575M.

Lambourghini Gallardo.

Ford GT/GT40

All Nissans and Toyotas. The 350Z is my all time least favourite car ever.

Subaru Impreza. Fast, yes. But pretty?

Fiat IDEA and Cinquecento. The Seicento just squeezes into the pretty catagory.

VW New Beetle, Lupo, Polo, New Golf, Passat, Touran, Phaeton and Bora.

Land Rover Defender and Range Rover. The Disco is kinda cute.

The following cars are gorgeous IMO:

Daihatsu Charade (new)

All Citroens and Renaults, but not Peugeots.

Seat Altea, Leon, Ibiza, and to some extent, the Alhambra.

All Mercedes Benzes.

Maserati Quattroporte.

 of course the new Megane, that car is awful to look at & everyone I know agrees. Let alone the advert, to me everyone that buys one is an ass

I hate the multipla visually but it is very practical & can seat 9 people, where on the other hand I hate cars like the Scenic. I mean what is the point of a 5 seater MPV!? Why not just buy an estate??? Let alone stupid hatchbacks trying to look like MPVs

The new BMWs I'm not too sure about, I generally do think they are ugly but its about time BMW did something design wise. I guess I'm not a fan of headlights which go up to the bonnet.

I quite like the Lagonda, to me it looks like its been taken straight out of Thunderbirds :D (old one that is, P.S. Lady Penelopes new car is crap 👎 )

(on Aztek) God, I can't make up my mind what's uglier: the concept or the production :yuck:

Anyways, '73 Mercury Montego. Not bad... except that crosshair nose

I am with you 100% on that comment, Ultrabeat. Although I also think Mercedes are starting to move forward in a more creative direction too. Generally, there seems to be a real lack of creativity in car styling right now, and for the last five or six years. I guess it's a too much of a gamble for the big guns to try anything too radical. I think the car that really broke the mould of the general mundane, end of the 20th century design was the TT. However Audi seem to be stepping back into the shadows again, as far as their production design flair goes. Power to BMW and Renault for blazing a trail in the right direction.
