I'm trying to blank the number plates of various cars I took pictures of, but Paint reduces the picture quality when I save it and I can't find any such tool in Picasa. I don't have Photoshop. Any ideas?

I was pleased with that pass. Late on the brakes, passed whoever it was, and I still hit the apex. What more do you want from an overtaking move?I don't remember that pass at the end of lap 4 though.
@ Sureshot, It could be both of us - I think there were two black RGT's in that race. I distinctly remember rushing past a few cars along the pitwall off the startline, and watching the three cars in the sand at the start of lap 2. I don't remember that pass at the end of lap 4 though.
