I was pleased just before the first corner, and quite annoyed after it.

I wasn't having the best of times either. I don't know if I've mentioned it, but I don't like driving the LMs.

20, so far. I've still got a couple more of Jan's LM races, the endurance, and the K car series to do.

It should be fun editing the endurance down from 1 hour 20 minutes...

Any idea as to what your goal presentation time should be? The Clio Endurance is going to be interesting viewing for certain.;) Here's hoping that battle for the win will be included at the end of the video that you'll be making.:D

We only had one camera car, and it wasn't involved in the lead battle towards the end. :(

We'll need to record every PS2 in future.... :D

Great Daan, thanks for posting the clio cup race. Wow that first stint was intense to say the least but i didn't feel it at the time.
 
Are there further parts to the Clio Race?

The two shades of yellow Clio battle between sjaak and ? was fun to watch from mark T's stint.

Not so far. I didn't think much happened in view of the camera car after that. I'll check the footage though.

I originally did that in one part at 18 minutes and 70mb, and I was just going to host it, (I thought that was a big enough file) but for some reason it wouldn't upload*, so I split it into 2 and put it on youtube.


* It gave me the bestest error message ever though. It said, "An error has occurred with one or more files". What kind of stupid, useless, error message is that? What kind of error? How do I fix it? Eh?

Count your blessings, you're not using a Mac...

A common error message on these hellish systems is "Warning: moving these files may crash your system", and your only option to click is OK. But you can't press OK because THE SYSTEM ALREADY CRASHED!!

I know. I was trying to upload to my own webspace, and that's when I got the error.
 
I finally got to a decent enough internet connection that i could take a proper look at this thread!

It looks like you all had a great time but the winners weren't really suprising!

I think special prizes should've been given to all those who wore their UKGTP7 shirts, i only saw Bert, Roo and Famine :odd:

I think it fair to say that the only thing missing is some 'special' attendees such as T.M. Specialized, TheCracker and Small Horses. And the very lovely Sarebear of course!

P.S. Spec says :"wheres all the beer??!!"

I hope there will be a reversal of this situation when we visit Holland. :)

I'm not looking too hard for a replacement Banbury venue for the Hey-Nonny-Nonny-Nono. Should I? We can always trash Gaydon. :)

Not yet. The Dutch guys meet up and LAN every Tuesday - they invited us over for "the Dutcho" sometime.

Wondering if we can stop by the Nurburgring on the way back too.
