Is there anybody who knows if its possible to get under 1 minute at the last race from the supercar seasonals, and uf so with which car and setting. My best time is 1.00.525, but has anybody already got his time under 1 minute?

yes best lap was 57sec with sauber mercedes and selfmade setup...
 
detuned a 2j chapparel, no problems, zonda race car, and any number of LM cars can do it... the key is getting rid of ASM and active steering, and others depending on your skill level.
 
With only SRF to protect me, my very slightly detuned 787B managed 00:57:820 on the track. I should note that I maxxed out the aerodynamics for added grip.

I've used the 908 and you can get under 1 minute. I've done 58s but I think even I could improve on that
 
I was doing it in the 787B a while back (sub 59 laps) and I thought I could get even faster lap times with the F10. Yes it can be detuned to qualify.

Unfortunately... The AI all get F10s and they are NOT detuned. :dunce:
 
Did under 1 minute with I forget which car, it was a Toyota Racecar. I know you can get 5 minutes flat in the 5 laps, I did it, with a first lap hovering the 1:02 mark. I'm leaning more towards the GT-ONE though. With a self made tune. Prob could improve with a tune from GTPlanet's Tuning Forum since I joined this forum after those seasonals were added. I gotta check my replays to be positive though.

Do you know what settings you had. And it is stock right?
 
Detuned means to reduce horsepower or aero or add weight to lower your Performance Points.
 
Zonda will do sufficiently with a good tune, under 1 minute no problem. I did use a nudge of TCS to ensure a good launch out of the tight corners.

To be a little more clear, you can't enter some of these events unless your PP (Performance Points) are below a limit. So you can add ballast (weight) or lower your horsepower or downforce, and thus reduce a car's PP.

A LOT of people use cars from much higher divisions of motorsport, detuned until they qualify for a race. Especially good for grinding.
 
Are we talking lap times using SRF or not using?

Totally diferent challenge!!! The only assist admissable, in my opinion is ABS at level 1, when using DS3 controller

my 57 sec lap was with sauber merceds... DS3 ABS1 TSC 1 SRS on


but 55--- sec is easy possible

and this is a great track... mhh ok i hate the first sector^^ but the others are really nice...

Yes, but if the 908 hdi fao is stock, you dont have to do that

Horrific? I find that to be one of the more enjoyable tracks to race. Before helmets/suits came out it was my money/xp grind track.

It is mich much fun, thats why i picked this track for the challenge. But not for the 1.936.936.920368.62848 th time. But i was determined to win it, and at half it got fun again
 
Just had a sloppy race with a time of 4.57.376 in total, round 2,3,4
And maybe 5 in 58 seconds
