HeXoSKEL3t0nIdk about you, but i find the Elise to be one of the nice handling cars in game...
I'd have to agree with you on the Enzo and the MP4-12C though.
Ford Mustang V8 GT Coupe Premium '07
Much ..MUCH slower than expected. While the handling is acceptable, its been made too heavy and has the wrong weight balance compared to the RL car. Also, where are the striped versions?!?!?
I agree. It doesn't even feel the slightest bit American. That's because the premium Mustang is the Japanese version. If you're wanting a decent modern Mustang in the game, the standard '05 one is your best shot. That one is the proper American version.
There is no Japanese specific version of the Mustang.
Got my hands on a standard Mustang GT which is based off the American version (premium Mustang GT is the Japanese version with automatic transmission. In other words it handles worse and is slower.)
ilikewaffles11Really? I could drive it wit a controller but with a wheel I can't even go through the follow through on the Top Gear Test Track without spinning if I'm o the throttle.
AC Cars 427 S/C 66 and Shelby Cobra 427 66
These go top of my list. The way PD has dealt with these is shameful.
USARMYCOMBATVETGT by Citroen Race car
Bugatti Veyron. Why won't you turn. Just a little bit please.
the Lister Storm V12 Race Car. Way too heavy and handles like a brick!
Actually, I find this car quite fun, especially for drifting. Though it could use ore traction, it's easy to control. The Oulim Spirra was most disappointing, likes to spin a lot. I had high hopes when I bought it.
Lambo Murcielago and the SuperVeloce
Try the standard Evo VI RS since it is the lightweight "barely legal" version. My favorite Evo right there.
I love these cars. They handle well IF you baby the throttle in corners and when you straighten up and nail the throttle they go! But I use a DFGT wheel. On the DS3 it's hard to stay on track.
P.S. Add a supercharger and it will blitz many a modern racer in the American challenge.
Enzo is terrible around corners. I remember being so disappointed after saving up to buy it (back when credits were harder to come by).
Also most of the Mercs are a bit annoying, I think PD slightly overdid it with the immense wheelspin and tyre shredding they do.
Also in general how most European cars are outdone by Nissans, don't think it's completely honest of PD to show them like that.
In my experience the Murcielago SV actually handles quite well, even on sports tires. The extra downforce seems to help quite a bit.
JackC8That Toyota PRIUS Touring Car that came in the DLC is a complete joke. I actually made the mistake of trying to use it once. Watched all the other cars drive past me on the opening straight and when we got to the first corner I understeered right off the track. Would have stood a better chance on a bicycle.![]()
Because the R10 has roughly-true-to-life power figures and none of the other ones do.Audio R10 (how did this thing win Le mans? It's so friggin slow, probably the lowest LMP in GT5, I bet there are LMP2s that could drive circles around it, it's that slow)
