Those are some great additions. Maybe I'll even have to check out the online now that you get exp and money. Turning the HUD off is awesome as well - now I'll be able to see what's in my rear view mirror And I already purchased the Formula GT from the online dealership. Those season events sound like a super addition as well 👍

I had Silver on my Intermediate, hence, not unlocked Nurburgring 24h.
Now, theoretically it should be unlocked, right? Also, will I receive a gift for the 190E?

Yep, you'll get it all. I was all silvers on mine, and after the update, it gave me all those unlocks.

I'm wondering this too. Can anyone confirm? This could be a kick in the balls for all of us who were stuck on straight silvers. Maybe you can retry one of the events and get silver a second time to trigger the unlock?

Definitely game data, no doubt about it. No PS3 game saves are much bigger than 5MB at the most. How long would it take to save the game if it had to write 6.5GB of data every time you finish a race?

I don't know if anybody's mentioned this, but... driving 24hr Nurburgring in the night with hud/map off was both extremely beautiful as well as difficult. And I don't think I'll play it any other way.

This was a patch worth waiting for.

The guys that call us fanboys don't understand the deepness now involved in how you want to rank up. It's insane. GT just changed itself to a higher level. This is going the wright way...

GT5P has been the ultimate test level for them, for updates etc. It seems to work well now and they fly in...Lots of kudos and respect to PD and Kazunori, because i was beginning to experience a boring feeling sometimes, but now it's gone...

XP and cash online, drift trials, time trials...

My god i'm gone for another couple months...👍

No one will park cars while racing, irrelevant. Also, thats a lie, only on sharp corners do they aas they dont see you, a video on you tube proved that was false. no one wants A-spec damage? LMAo, says who, its one of the biggest complaints people have with Gt5.

Have you tried the lotus top gear challenge? Tell me that the AI does'nt need updated for damage.

When I checked the system it said the GT5 save data was 6.5gb

You have backed up the wrong file. A sava data file does not take up 6,5 gb of data ever.

Goto.

XBM > Saved data Utility > Gran turismo 5. and backup the file you find in that folder.

It's not just that. Look at the speed they take the ramp at cape ring. In Forza you receive damage for jumps like that. The AI would have to be programed to slow for that jump. No biggie. Just saying.
