Made the blue one so mine as well show off the white one too. Idk which color I like more

 
Has anyone experienced anything different online yet? Less connection problems and lag? Or same old same old?
 
Love both the alpine and Lexus VGT cars. The sounds of the cars are pretty decent. I think I like the Lexus a little bit more. That car just looks to good.:drool: As for the online and the pace of the game I still didn't notice any improvements. When you click on community in the main menu it's still takes so long to load:banghead:. As for the online idk if they fix that issue with some people not seeing everyone. It didn't happen to me so far.

Mmm... could you please refresh my memory and let me know how ??? As from the Racing Gear Menu, I select the Racing suit desired, but there's no option where it says "Wear it" :(
Am I missing something? Thanks for your help :)

From the garage, racing gear, then select a thingy and there's a button on the bottom right: "Wear". It's "greyed out" (blue) at first.

Ok thanks bro, didn't know it has to be done from the Garage, so what's the point of having a Racing Gear Menu if it doesn't work? :lol:

It is a bit disjointed; the garage only has the items you've bought, and you have to buy them from the racing gear section on the main screen. Because lookin' this good ain't easy. ;) (Or something.)

I gotta say, the three new cars are truly great. Stunning looking cars they brought us there (especially the Crystal White Alpine VGT, so elegant and clean :drool:). They also handle quite good, I wasn't expecting the Alpine to have such a good balance, since many rear-engined or mid-engined cars tend to oversteer quite quickly. Not with the Alpine though. And with a halfway decent tune, it's even better. The Lexus however is mindblowingly fast (with a halfway decent tune). My best time on the Ring was a 6:03,755, which is only 5 seconds slower than my 647 PP, fully tuned HSV-010. Impressive performance of that Lexus.

Online actually is worse for me since 1.17. Was only able to join 1 out about 6 lobbies this morning. :grumpy:
 
Am I the only one to think that these updates are too big? I checked my GT6 game data file a few weeks ago and I was stunned: 20 GB! :scared: (I'm not talking about the game save.) How huge will it be when we'll have every VGT? :nervous:
 
i like the lexus most which realy suprised me.. and itll take some time to tune but i like the alpine race version too
 
Has the transmission glitch been fixed yet? I'm not even loading the game until it is. I don't really want to lose any of my transmission settings.
 
Online issues seem unaffected for the most part. Still an awkward experience of not being able to see all the players on track, but still being able to touch them. Microphones randomly stopping and starting to work during loading. And occasional mass disconnects after practice leading into race using the timer, changes of tracks and end of race leaderboard screen.

Any word yet on if online connection/stability has been improved? Fixed-Hosting was broken in 1.16 for example.

Not sure if its been reported here however yes it is fixed. I ran our RCS races tonight as fixed host with full lobby and no connection issues. Glad its back to normal

false just had 2 mass disconnects and the other room had half the people not see each other

New consoles are worse - FM5 and FH2 are both over 30GB.
