Considering the wait, are you happy with how the finished product appears to look?

So no update during the September 30th maintenance period? Or will we have one of the biggest fail's of the year, with the award going to @Famine ? :)

On the Apple side of things, I can confirm the app will only be available on iPads. For Android, I'm not so sure, as the line between phones, phablets, and tablets is a bit more blurry, but I would expect similar limitations.

This thread will be legendary for me. This is where I saw all the posts regarding the CM. At first I was like, huh? then checked the News section, Nearly exploded with happiness. lol

Apparently only for tablets. On the Apple side Jordan confirmed it. On the Android side we're not sure if smartphones will support the app as tablets will.

Well, I don't have a tablet (apple or andoid)... This is not live yet and I'm not liking it already.

That is a good question, i don't usually use android emulators. I did a quick google search and posted the first result, but there are plenty so it might be possible that one of them allows the upload.

Would be realistic to assume since its Android, probably for all three? I'm only going off my own experience admittingly, but I've gotten many apps that were compatible on both my smart Phone and Tablet.


Also, I'm genuinely interested in how many of you don't have any android devices as I always assumed it was easily commonplace judging by the amount of people I see everyday on their phone whenever I'm out.

Which is of course entirely accurate. We have had many more maintenance periods than updates - including the last three maintenance periods which took 19 hours in total and had no associated update.

I don't understand the relevance to your question, which I still don't understand. Could you please elaborate?

So some people will have to spend a couple hundred dollars to use course maker?

Whoever came up with that is a genuine moron.
 
Hope you can create basic designs on ps3 and the mobile (tablet only?) version is more in depth. I cant justify a tablet purchase for gt6 :(
 
On the official gt6 site it says course maker will be added in future update . I dont see how an app fills that promise .

I would love to hear a clear response after 3 pages... will we be able to use the course maker on our ps3 from in game under the "tools" menu? Or will it only be an app on tablets?
