USB saves on a PS2 memory card?

Is there any possible way to get saves from a USB Flash Drive on a PS2 memory card?

A cheat device with a memory manager, such as CodeBreaker or Action Replay MAX. CB has a much better reputation; my AR MAX has corrupted several of my saves.

You could also copy them directly if your PS2 is hacked.
