User not found when saving User-Made tracks?!

Has anyone got this error while trying to save a user-made tracks from people?

How many track's have you got already ?
If the answer is 30 then you've reached the limit of custom made tracks, therefore you will not be able to download or tranfer anymore till you delete 1 or some.
Or the user has given the wrong username in his/her link to his track database, i.e. your looking for someone that don't exist.

Then the user has given the wrong username in his link. He's probably used his GTPlanet ID instead of his PSN ID, hence user not found.
who's or what track are you trying to download ? Have they got any other tracks available so you can reach their track's page from a different link ?
