Looking at your pic reminded me ,I was at a car show this weekend in monrovia indiana and a guy had a Thunderbolt clone ,It was the closest i have ever seen.The only thing it didnt have was the tubes running from the middle head lights to the carbs .Man that 427 looked huge in that little fairlane:D :D :D ,Justs makes you all fuzzy inside:O .

that would be THIS SIDE OF ORGASMIC. a gasser with a correct-vintage kieth black HEMI? not even in the old days!!! then you add a lenco 4-speed rock-crusher with 6.70:1 gears, a covico steering wheel, steel wheels on cheater slicks @ rear and skinny cragars upfront, and primer galore. then you just letter in the door your number with some cheap paint, and OMG. then Id have the orgasm.

here's a Q. does anyone know what 442 means on the old cutlas's? i heard it meant it was a 400 motor with 2 four barrels. i also heard it was a 400 motor with a four barrel and dual exhaust. does anyone know?
 
I heard somewhere that it's the latter one. But the person I heard that from doesn't really know jack. Sods no idea :confused: . Cano probably knows, or Famine.
 
Ferrari F40. Twin Turbo V8. 450+ horsepower. 200mph. Speaking of orgasms.....

And no it's not a photochop, F40s came in yellow and black, as well as Ferrari Red overseas, although they're rare.

Nice pics Kazesupra. Haven't seen a black or yello F40 before. Never came across to me though that the F40 was a V8. Seems it should have a V12 or something. O well Famine pointed that one out to me yonks ago.
IMO the Charger is one of the nicest muscle cars. Just something about it. BTW, pop quiz hotshots what plant did the charger have (don't say V8 otherwise you be getting a slap!)?

Kaze - can you shrink your signature a little? GTP's maximum allowed sig size is 6 lines of normal text, including spaces - yours is ELEVEN lines long...

The beauteous Ferrari F40 carried a 2936cc quad-cam V8, giving 478hp... I think the only Ferrari peer with a V12 was the 412, which was more a GT car. The Testarossa obviously had a 12, but a 180-degree "V" is called a "flat" in my books :D

I dont know for sure, really, im not a big fan of stock-spec muscle cars, to me they are just a big white sheet in wich to begin a killer thing with (: but I think I read that somewhere, so it may be. if its not exactly that, it is something very close :D

also, weird that yer fave is a 400 poncho. Id prefer a 455 (: well, you know, the biggest the better. it wouldnt stay at that in my hands :D can you say 560ci? >D

The Charger R/T and SE came with a 440...

here is a pop quiz for yall too. hehe.. what was the biggest engine that came out in the 4th generation monte carlos?

there was NO factory 383. not in chevrolet. the 383 ci displacement is achieved by using a stroker crankshaft on a 350 chevy. and for the monte carlo question, I just dont know. asI said, I aint a fan of stock things, I need 200 CI more (:

wrong wrong and wrong...lol good try though... okay there was... the V6 231.. then the 305 and 305 high output(came in the ss and interceptors)... then you got the plane but fun old 350... and believe it or not the biggest engine in an 80s monte carlo was a 454 big block V8 which came in some ss montes in 87 and 88.... but seriously a 454 in a light car like that, seriously, i got to ride in one and nearly **** my pants:eek: :lol:
 
man he said to add 200ci. I said 350, 200 from 350 is 550, but there is none that are not custom, so 572 is next. That's why I said that. Sorry. 454 is ill too.

sorry 200? 550? 572? and 454 is not an ill motor... alot of gms products had 454s back in the 60s and 70s they had alot of power behind them.. okay I know you love Ferraris and yes i like em too but 572? you might as well put 632 crate motor on that list cuz that had 900+hp stock no blower... sheesh.. but still thats not stock. i was talkin stock. I have never seen anything bigger then a 454 in one of these stock.

wrong too. no 80s montes were done with big blocks. in fact, no car in the 80's got a 454. those were reserved for trucks and pickups. the biggest stuff you could get in the 80s from GM was a 350.
