If you can get them the licenses to put the cars in the game I'm sure they'll be happy to oblige.

Another wishlist. How suprising.

Well when you make a game with over 1000 cars, that's what people will do. Thinking an unlimited amount can be produced in a short time. I was just seeing peoples opinions on this company in general.

Making a lot of cars for a certain game, results in people constantly spamming the Q&A board with wishlists :odd:? What?

How surprising, another wishlist that you've made the same/similar dull comment on:rolleyes:. But, you haven't helped the newcomer with a link for their wish.
I personally think PD should put the Vector cars back in. As well as many others but these are at the top.
As for the OP, good idea, I like the Vectors. Let's add to the others here.

Not true. Sometimes I say "How suprising, another wishlist."

But seriously, most of the time I link it, but I've gotten lazy the last few times. I guess it starts sounding trollish if I do it enough. :/

I really just asked for your guys opinions on the cars.

If that's the case the thread is in the wrong section, and should be moved to Automotive.

If everyone posted a thread to discuss whatever car they liked, there would be no information about GT5, no questions, and no answers.

Oh man, really missed the Vector M12. Sad they didn't include it in GT5 along with other classics. Oh well, I'm playing my good old GT2 on my computer in 2012. ;)

I bust 1000 in my garage earlier this week. Out of that there are 38 Skylines and 16 MX5s and 20 RX7s. Add in all the RX8s and you get near 10% of the cars in just 4 types. I'd love to see other cars, but it's a Japanese game so they concentrate in Japanese cars.

I was just looking at Vector photos and I really don't know anything about their cars. I've only seen them a few times but it looks like a bit of lamborghini, VW, and SSC design influence in Vector's cars. Especially the W8, WX-3, and the M12.

The M12 is pretty much a rebodied Diablo.

The Cizeta V16t moroder was the precedent for the diablo's design. They have that car.

Whether a car gets into a game or not is not as simple as some might think. There are a number of factors involved. One of those factors is the always murky licensing deal that has to be made for every game that the car is in. With the Vector, for example, when it was licensed for GT2 it was licensed only for GT2. There would have to be another deal made for the car to appear in, say GT6. Given Vector's shaky ownership history over the last few years getting another license deal has probably been rather complicated.

Cizeta has probably been the most controversial car company considering it's problems. It's all whether the company wants to or not. Vector claims to be producing this new hypercar, we'll see about that.
