This update only serves to confirm what I've said from way back, that PD has a complete disconnect with not only the customer base, but the game in general. I see only two possibilities to explain what happens with this game.
1. They don't get their customers, don't listen to feedback, and don't solicit feedback in any meaningful way. You have a fanbase just in this group, that literally would test, measure and compare all 1000+ cars in the game if only we were asked to. I believe they also are disconnected from their own game. You can't tell me that anyone, not a single person higher up at PD, plays this game with any reasonable level of skill and tested the cars they changed PP levels for with this update. No way.
2. The only other explaination that fits all of this and that's bureaucracy. PD is run by bureaucracy, and the feedback isn't making it's way up the stream because the pee-ons are either afraid to or unwilling to stick their neck out and say, "hold up boss, this is broken". I've worked in large, disfunctional corporations before and observed this phenomenon from the top and the bottom and that's what it screams to me. The big decisions are made from a boardroom or office not the place at PD HQ where they keep the PS3's and copies of GT5:tdown:👎👎 Think of all the stupid decisions bloated government bureacracies make and it starts to make sense.
