My YMS Supra '05 that I used to post times at Motegi TT during 2.09, have subtle changes in handling, more responsive and more progressive in losing grip at the rear, I can easily slide the car in tight turns, trail braking on entry and controlled slide on exit at Motegi, really nice change. The car also more stable at the front when heavy braking and I can feel the tires better than ever. This is with more than 650HP Supra, 1190kg, 600PP on RH tire and no ABS or other aids.
really? i don't test the new update at the moment, so if this happen, it's nice news... 👍
On 2.09, the YMS Supra is hard to drive fast, unstable at the rear and easily understeer, with 2.10, it feels better, I ran the car with the same tune as 2.09 at Motegi TT, then I upgraded the power, still handle quite good, I added more aero, running no ballast, I like it so far. This Supra is a monster now![]()
Will this affect the cars available in shuffle mode?
Nope because they have completely broken the PP on a bunch of cars.👎👎I think, after the shock will be gone, we'll all be pleased. 👍

I know, but it seems they are more equalized and there will be no more those "superstars".
I beg to differ.

Don't know if it's changed the available power for some cars, but it has completely broken the PP formula on a number of them.Wait so am I misunderstanding when I say that this update has increased the maximum achievable power for some of the cars?
I beg to differ.
Try RX-7s and Altezza/IS200 s with 280+HP at 400PP.Wow. I remember so very clearly that being at 680~ HP at 587 PP before the update. That's just stupid.

Guys, stop the presses. I think I've found the most ridiculous drop in PP as of yet, I've not had a chance to check if it's been posted, but here goes.
The Pontiac Solstice, all parts with a wing, pre-2.09, was at 547PP. Post-2.10?
488PP.
How big a drop in PP is that?! It was definitely an under-performer at 550PP, but I reckon it would be quite quick now at 450PP, no?
Check the ring thread for what I did with a rough tuned Crossfire at 450PP. I was only about 1.5 seconds off of mike_gt3s time with my Hommell.Guys, stop the presses. I think I've found the most ridiculous drop in PP as of yet, I've not had a chance to check if it's been posted, but here goes.

JohnnypensoThis update only serves to confirm what I've said from way back, that PD has a complete disconnect with not only the customer base, but the game in general. I see only two possibilities to explain what happens with this game.
1. They don't get their customers, don't listen to feedback, and don't solicit feedback in any meaningful way. You have a fanbase just in this group, that literally would test, measure and compare all 1000+ cars in the game if only we were asked to. I believe they also are disconnected from their own game. You can't tell me that anyone, not a single person higher up at PD, plays this game with any reasonable level of skill and tested the cars they changed PP levels for with this update. No way.
2. The only other explaination that fits all of this and that's bureaucracy. PD is run by bureaucracy, and the feedback isn't making it's way up the stream because the pee-ons are either afraid to or unwilling to stick their neck out and say, "hold up boss, this is broken". I've worked in large, disfunctional corporations before and observed this phenomenon from the top and the bottom and that's what it screams to me. The big decisions are made from a boardroom or office not the place at PD HQ where they keep the PS3's and copies of GT5:tdown:👎👎 Think of all the stupid decisions bloated government bureacracies make and it starts to make sense.
