I'm under the impression you get the X1 for all bronze on this.
So far I've managed to get gold on the first bronze on the secon but i keep coming short of the last one on chamonix, does anyone have any tips??
You have mixed Sebastian Loeb Challenge with the Sebastian Vettel Challenge. Red Bull X1 is unlocked at level 30, it's hidden until then. Have you disabled traction control and ams on the rally car? Also use Skid Recovery and ABS at 1 for easy gold.

All aids off except for Abs, which should be left at 1. This allows you to do speedy drifts which are essential in chamonix to position yourself correctly inside it's low grip tight corners.
In Eiger your best bet is to do a similar thing as for chamonix, but take extra car in the downhill section. It's best that you brake early and position yourself to take the apex as fast as you can, since you'll be needing a lot of room to slow down in this section if you don't brake correctly.

THANK YOU, I already had tcs off and ABS on 1, but the skid recovery seemed to give me what i needed, you werent kidding easy gold, i beat the ghost literally i overtook him.
