Was hoping for a safety car to close the field up, didn't want a HRT car to cause it. :indiff: At least Murph is okay.
 
All driver fittings should be done before car is dropped.
Drinks, coolsuits, radio and belts.
Canto looked at the road for a total of about 2 seconds all the way up mountain straight.

On another note, HRT have done 6 stops, everyone else on 5. Tander is only 40seconds away, may shape up to work out for Tander/Percat. Especially if there i a safety car.

Edit: the pirtek ticker said tander had 6 spits now he has to do 2 more stops. They need to get it right
 
I'm not so sure that Ekky is off sequence here....didn't he stop around lap 110? 25/26 laps should be doable, shouldn't it?
 
Winterbottom pushing out the lead to around 2 seconds, a lot rides on the final pit stops. This is shaping up to be another grandstand finish.

If I was Winterbottom I'd be praying for no safety car. That would draw Lowndes back into it and I don't think Frosty would be able to hold off a fast finishing Lowndes in the final laps. Not to mention Reynolds too, who has been quick all day but was screwed but his own team failing to count how many laps Canto had done.

Three way battle for the lead, though Bright is very tight on fuel.

Brad Jones confirms that Bright isn't in fuel saving mode, so it's possible.

Tander comes out on fresh tyres in fifth behind Lowndes. Watch for Gath he's sure to be quick.
