Happy for Frosty , so many times in the past he's softed out....not today

Reckon it was. Even better than '11 & 12.
Don't know about that move by Whincup on the last lap, even if he made it around the outside, two cars don't fit in the approach to the cutting. Ambrose and Murphy learnt that in '05.![]()

Thought I'd give this a watch, is every V8 race that good?! Well worth staying up for!
Not every race, but most of them are pretty good when Whincup isn't dominating. Certainly my favorite racing series in the world. Nothing else comes close for me.
XBOX One car gets a top 10.
English driver Andy Priaulx says he would be crazy to pass up a full-time opportunity in V8 Supercars following his robust top 10 finish at Bathurst.Priaulx has endured a difficult season in the DTM championship this year and has indicated that he intends to sit down with BMW to evaluate his options. The 40-year-old admits that V8 Supercars has always been a career option even during his peak in the World Touring Car Championship where he has won three titles.“I’m currently looking around for next year. Obviously BMW are going to talk to me at some point,” Priaulx said after finishing 10th with Mattias Ekstrom in the Xbox One Racing Commodore at Bathurst.“V8 Supercars has always been on my radar otherwise I would keep coming back. I love it down here.“It’s probably one of the best places in the world to live and one of the best championships at the moment in touring car racing.“I’d be crazy not to try and come down here and have a few years racing.“But I’ve got to sit down with BMW and see what my future is with them and see what my options are in the next couple of weeks.
R1600TurboMaybe he can bring BMW with him.![]()
Must say that the majority of the race this year wasn't terribly interesting,
I wish 7 would improve the commentary team. I almost changed the channel when one of the idiots described JW's failed overtake on the last lap as "going for one of the greatest overtakes in history"...
Instead of having Crompton on Mountain Straight trying to guess where cars brake, they should have focused on the racing of Erebus and Nisaan a bit more. If it was sooooo important for Nissan returning and Mercedes, hthey should have showed the #4 more.
Just a typical Channel 7 🤬 presenter.
I agree, viewers like myself who only really watch the one race a year it would have been nice to see some more of the new contenders.
Also, a little disappointed that McLaughlin/Perkins could only manage to finish eighth. Don't get me wrong eighth is a very, very good result especially considering it's only McLaughlin's second Bathurst, but with so much talk about that pairing prior to the race. I guess, I expected a little more from them.
I'm sure manufacturers and sponsors watching would be a bit upset theyre not getring the exposure like the lead teams. Makes think, no wonder they always go to commercial break to pay the bills. It's not a priority for 7 to give away free advertising.
Like LDM in the top 10? The commentators didnt give a hoot until 10laps to go.
No commercial breaks on the live stream FTW.![]()
The mountain needs to pull their heads in, the security were more idiots then ever most of them boat jumpers, stupid rules about marking out or tarping up spots and alike yet the rubbish left and little chair holes are more of a danger just because some fat woman wasn't watching what she was doing, not letting people into the track unless they have tickets at night when the day is well and truly over wearing those stupid over 18 wristbands is a joke if you can't tell I am over 18 you need some glasses, should be for under 18 only. And looks like next year will be worse extending that grandstand up to the corner pretty much saying f you to the fans that on the ground cause we won't / don't want to pay the ticket for the grandstand. And I see the merchandise alley is getting less and less each year soon it will be all self serve online shot that you will get sent out in the mail or some retarded thing. But other then that good race and people.
the thing is everyone had either over 18 or under 18 and you had to have it on at all times no wrist band no entry so really the kids tickets become null and void without the wrist band. But yeah little petty things that annoyed me haha when I am settle I will put up a post with proper grammar and paragraphs from the computerTalk about a wall of text. And as for the bold part... No. Just no. Think about it for a second. Kids would just take them off.
