The Tsukuba section is going to be weird/odd/fun. We will see how it goes, think outside of the box on that one lol

D-max have used that line loads , James introduced us to it ;) . It does suit higher power though, I like your idea spank but Tsukuba section is way to tight.

Thats would be good an all, but we only get the map pack tomorrow and I dont have the money for it so I wont be able to practice it on my own.
 
Thats what I mean as in alone in my lounge, I will only be able to join with people and do it. Maybe Spa could be round 4.

Yes When you are registered you are expected to show unless given a reason why you wouldnt.


Since I have had 4 people in the last couple hours ask me this question here is your answer.

If you registered to compete in VDC, you are registered for the 4 rounds. You dont need to ask if you have to register again after each round, nor do you have to ask since you missed the first round if you can still compete. The only people who cant compete are the people who are not signed up for VDC. I hope this helps 👍

Yo steve, you promised us that VDC 2 will be full of custom tracks and Grand Valley Speedway was the only exception because VDC 1 ended before we do the round on it and its a too good section to be left out ...
I do like that section of tsukuba ( where I always stick on in Lobbies lol) but man ... tsukuba is just boring ...
I dont mean to give bad feedback or act like its my decision but this is what i want:
I would really love to see the rest of the rounds being done on sections of custom made tracks (i.e. TRACK EDITOR ONES) and are composed of technical slow with high angle corners + elevations, you can make a track or jimmy does since you're competing (idc who makes it) and share it from now till the day of the event so that all can save it and practice on it.
I would say I've got plenty of good tracks with awesome sections but I know most will object to this and say I know the sections more than others do so i'll just leave it at that.

The Tsukuba is cool but the line really relies on the leader taking the smoothest and most consistent line. There is also little variation of the drift to be judged for higher marks.
 
I was going to make custom tracks but I feel like i hate the track editor cause it doesnt do what you want it to do.

+1 👍 This is what I had in mind as well.. This would essentially give an even chance for everyone, considering we would all start to learn the tracks at the same time.

And thats what I wanted. I will see what I can do tonight for making tracks.
 
The key point is to regenerate untill you see a good one and save it , if it keeps on doing the same type (i.e no corners and just straights) exit game and re-enter it and you'll be able to make great tracks
be sure you set complexity to 10 and sections to 2 so that you get a variety of corners not just a line connectiong the 3 dots ... if you need help I'm ready
 
Ok so i just did my first attempt, Gonna record it :D

EDIT: The run is up but i accidentally pulled the mic out so i had to use a song rather than the actual audio.

Ok Spank.. Since I'm not competing that makes sense if I do them then? that way It's A track I find challenging and flowing and not A competitors preference..?

I'll see what i can muster up ad Put A track up and you can tell me if you like it :)

Ok I might have A Toscana line for you guys. I'm gonna do A few runs and see what I think.

Change that to, I DO have A Toscana line for you to try out.
