Yes its much harder but just means we restrict more. When you restrict PP, you make things alot more even.

I agree but you have to know when to draw the line. For example my Fairlady roadster is only 482pp with 560hp., but it weighs nearly 1300kg. Where as my 96 240sx is 479pp with 369hp, but only weighs 1075kg.
 
That's not what I mean it may not have be a big deal because its not about speed but I do know how people can get low pp with high horsepower is what I ment. All you need is a older car without much downforce and use specific upgrades to you car that wont boost the pp limit
 
Which should be evenish because of the more weight. I do know I am reducing power, to what I may not know yet.

This time I will be doing custom tracks and must dedicate alot of time to the making of them. This time I do know I am not competing in these but will want to participate in the practice.
 
Exactly what i'm saying. I have a RGT that can compete in a 450pp limit grip race that is almost unstoppable. Its just knowing the tricks to get around the PP limit. Now you can set a pp limit and a hp in a room it would work out quite well to keep everybody on the same playing field.

Custom tracks would be the best. Wish we had a better way to make them.

I think a 450pp, along with a 450hp limit would even out the playing field alot.
 
Custom tracks will totally change it up which is awesome, it is like the kinda thing were you don't know were it's going to get you and so it will take skill of being a quick adjuster. I'm sure it will change up the playing field of hotshot and even it out as Everybody will be learning at the same level
 
Ya but not too soon you know what I mean if you release it to soon some people will work around the clock on it and will destroy the compitition. I would recommend a day before or maybe 2

I would definately like the idea of lower powered cars :) Although i'm afraid that M3's actually will become unstoppable.

P.S.: I dont care what Libbie says about this, but im one of the girls that gets annoyed by the booby talk etc. Show some respect will ya?

Steve I like the idea of custom tracks :dopey: 👍 But I thought the hp cap will be raised this season :ouch: But lower hp cars are a lot of fun too. :sly:

I got a section on nurburgring 24h. Let me know when your getting on and ill show you. Features about 70mph corner straight into a 20mph corner.
 
Tracks will only be picked by me. I think I will be the only judge and won't compete. But the winners will by numbers rather then names.
 
Judging on names i thought, didn't show the closeness of the battle or the mistakes that were made. Judginng on scores in battles is definately the only to do it.

Also, You could run 2 different themes at once but still have the 16 people qualifying. Alot of people want less power, alot want more.. what about splitting it? Or giving Zed the 1 half and you take the other with X&Y number of participants

Id suggest a class system with only 8 people in each class, 16 get to qualify but only the top 8 are are allowed in.

Max 32 competitors (16 for each class) based on first come first serve , if you're not in the 32 competitors on the thread you dont even get the chance to qualify.

Street Legal class:

300-400 bhp
JDM only
Engine sizes up to 3,500cc
Cylinder limit of 6


(This caters for people who want a lower powered fun competition)

Pro Class:

500-600 bhp
Top level drift cars
Engine size up to 6,000cc
Cylinder limit of 8

(This caters for the people who prefer huge power and more exotic cars)
