I say no surface water because having it there automatically puts people on wets. Which isn't strategy involved. So changing conditions during the race like dry to rain, or wet to dry makes the slicks to wets challenge interesting.

Okay 👍 how does everyone feel about the preseason race being next sunday?

Sunday's are an issue with me. I'll try to make it. Monday's are better. Even Saturday early afternoon (eastern) around like 3 p.m.

Me too now lol. So Saturday's it is? About 10:00 am Saturdays western time? Because m kart races are on Saturday nights now and I have to be there by 2:00 pm the latest.

I think I'd miss this if that happened to be the time. Which isn't an option, because I've been waiting for a while for this series to start up. I do the LMP's Saturday's at 10a.m. my time (1p.m. eastern). So we'd have to do it later if we did it on Saturday.

Earlier then? The preseason race son have to be this weekend then. I'll wait until April 20th or even after that.

I'll be available on Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. pacific time, or 2:30 p.m. eastern. Any other day it's open except Friday night which is ALMS. And Sunday is kinda iffy but I don't do anything really on Sunday mornings.

You see, EXCEPT Saturday mornings 'til 1 PM EST, I'm good. And, so, that 11:30 PST is great. That'd be an hour and a half after I'd get home

Great, hopefully people can make that time frame. I'll be online a little later today for practice. I'll be running at Indy Road course as it's a good track to test the strengths of the cars. Lots of turns lots of straights.

Really looking forward to this, so its on saturday night (morning for some/most of you) 2 classes, nice handling cars, close racing. my saturdays are sorted over summer :D

The golf is a good car. What if the room opened at 9:00 or 9:30? Too early for you guys?

Oh so that's about 1 here, I'm good with it

Which state is Pittsburg even in again? I'm having a Euro-brain-fart. And, to think, I know the capital of every country in Europe. o.o I hate this time zone stuff, but, if Pittsburg's in my timezone, I will just follow polarbear...

 I think your way ahead of him. Actually.....you might be the same.

Wait, I can't be taking part at 9 a.m. western/pacific time. I think 11:30 a.m. western/pacific time is the earliest. That means 2:30 p.m. eastern time.

I did some testing earlier, TC cars especially. If there is more interest in the class, the Mazda Roadster (Miata) TC should get a weight drop to 940kg since it only makes 281hp max. I haven't tested the Civic much yet, but at least it can get above 300hp. And 300hp is what the Honda Integra RM should get, while the CR-Z can stick around 290-295hp.

Ugh my b, it said he's in Germany... I went with that lol

I'm just... confusing... I don't know EVERYONE on the forum, and while I trust the people in this side of the forum, the internet's a weird place...

Anyways, I'm actually in the same Pittsburg time zone, just about 400 kilometers west of it.

EDIT** Seth, I'm not liking where you're going with this... a 940 kg MX-5 would haul us... the MX-5 guys are lucky.. I can't get the diff working perfectly on my CR-Z...
