Still extremely poor. There's literally no way half the field is making the tests I don't think. People just procrastinated too much and it kicked the series in the gut. If there were any questions at all as to why I was so restrictive on liveries in 2016, this answers that to a T.
 
Updated list based on what I have received these past two days. Both @BKGlover and @RACECAR have said they'll be sending more this weekend. Hopefully that's still the case. Testing will be run the first week of December, with the first handful of races being run after that.

Liveries need to be updated to include the identification requirements, new series logo, and update from Firestone to Pirelli tires. And pit boxes are also required.

First off, thanks for clarification, Eva, much appreciated. Secondly, please do BK, that is appreciated as well.
As far as team logo guidelines, a flame of some sort will do. If you want to try something else, I'm open to possible variations on the theme...
 
I don't think this has been asked by anyone else so it's probably assumed straight away. But in the case where a driver who has raced in previous seasons doesn't send any new driver stats, are old sets kept in their place?

To clarify what the November 30th deadline is for, it is for primary schemes for testing as well as pit boxes for the season. Each car only needs one pit box. Secondary and tertiary schemes are due by Christmas Day.

My event running schedule for December:
December 2nd: Open Test at Circuit of the Americas
December 4th: Closed Ferrari Test at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya
December 6th: Closed Alpine Test at Circuito del Jarama
December 10th: 2018 Monster Shootout at Homestead-Miami Speedway
