Wanagan and touge?

But I just wonder,since we got the track creator/editor we can set up midnight races initial D style,I will up to host one but I don't want to start spamming the forums,still you guys will be up for these duels?(passing from straights to corners in illegal mountain runs,well they are not that illegal but you get my point)

Edit: I was pointing that out since I haven't seen the series,heard once but no so interested,in the anime of course.

We could do sudden death duels by going back and forth on a straight until someone gets too far behind. Lots of possibilities with private lobbies and course maker.

I recommend making a new thread (in the group section of course) every night, with a different password to the lobby every time. That way, we'll be sure everyone in the lobby will be current on the rules for that specific session.

Agreed. No wait. . . why password it? or is it to just keep the rules exclusive to those in the club? in that case, yes, agreed.

We don't want people joining in having no clue what's going on and ruining the fun.

I hope the horn can be used online, so we can line up and go with the horn or that the stage route 7 is a rolling start with small distance in between. I am imagining it right now. A blue lancer EVO 5 is going down the road, backfiring. Out of nowhere appears an R32, passes it as it lets out a huge fireball. Comes something dark, a black RUF yellowbird, flashing lights (well, a premium car as the RUF sadly isn't). The race on through the full course swerving and slipstreaming. Man o man I can't wait for this game

It doesn't have to be a mountain scenery. As long as it has a lot of elevation changes and it can be made extremely twisty and tight and preferably at night, it would be just about perfect! :sly:

As for the Wangan Club, SSR7 can work, but I'm pretty sure we can make something a bit longer (if necessary) with the course maker just to break the monotony of driving the same track over and over again.

I'm super down, we can have some of our friends drive standard cars on the opposite side to make it interesting also! We are going to have a blast with GT5 online guys. 👍

I'm pretty sure something could be made in the course creator if you can't find anything from whats available.

I sure hope so. If there isn't any mountain scenery I hope there will at least be some kinda scenery similar to Deep Forest's.

Yea, I'm not sure on mountains, but I want to say that at least two of those from what I've seen in videos are foresty areas where the track is surrounded by trees. Lots and lots of trees.
 
dude u r a genius ! am IN . i love wangan and txr games and route 7 is a dream come true for me. sign me up TruenoBoy86. am the only guy who has wangan midnight for the ps3 in my country :p its still awesome. i just hope GRP make a true massive txr for the ps3 soon.
we also want a touge club but that depends on the layout of courses made. but i think nur at night will do the job :D

can you play with track editor tracks online? has that been confirmed?
 
If we can share them then we must be able to race them. To race together the only requirement is to have the same resources. So if you have the track and I have the track then we can race each other on that track.
 
I hope you're right. I can't wait to make some epic touge tracks, I hope we can make them downhill/uphill and not just a variation of both.
 
i have initial D: extreme stage for the ps3 and im hoping to try to recreate the tracks on the track editor. also i still have tokyo extreme racer 3 so it would be cool to re-create those fun wangan runs.
 
My semi tuned S2000, RX7, NSX-R, and Supra RZ is ready to rumble with you guys :). Even though I don't have the game yet, this is already my goal to get this cars and tuned it to my perfection for 300+kmh fun with you guys. (not just slap in Stage 4 turbos etc). Be prepare to hear that loud exhaust passing you in 300+kmh on your surround sound system and I'm expecting you guys to do the same to me. :) Man I'm excited for this.

I learned the track like the back of my hand on rFactor, i probably put in a good 3000-4000 laps or something!!
