I want a viper oreca and a vette c5r and I'm sorry i don't even know it they can traded and I don't have much to trade but i all dlc cars and a 67 bday ticket and like a lvl 2&4 ticket I jus can't get the cars to come up

No those cars can't be traded. DLC cars can't be gifted or traded in return.
Orca #Plate 51 is a level 21 ticket
Orca #Plate 91 is a level 22 ticket
Corvette C5-R is a level 22 ticket
You will have to trade for the tickets and then use your usb save repeatedly to get the cars you are after.
